We spent 4 nights in this beautiful Goan resort relaxing and enjoying the glorious beach, fabulous pool, great food and service. Rooms are well specced and the low level lagoon side buildings give a great in crowded feel to the resort. 5 minutes walk to the beach with shaded sun loungers and bar / food service we spent the whole day at the beach. Water clear and warm and the beach clean and in crowded. Service was attentive and efficient without being too intrusive. Pricey as holidays go but you get a lot for your money. We will return again some day and explore Goa a bit more next time.
"Paradise in Goa"
The property is beautiful, serene, and absolutely relaxing! Staff service is brilliant. Each and every staff is polite and ever willing to please. That said, the only area that needs substantial improvement is the Indian foot, specially tandoori.
We were 4 couples and 7 children aged 10 months to 8 years and the resort has enough activities to keep everyone busy! The service of the staff was excellent ( naming Rehman and chaitanya who mainly served our rooms ) attending to our every beck and call . The relaxed environment of the resort madness our stay very cozy and comfortable .
"Sad end to our Hyatt journey"
A very sad end to my journey at the park... this must have been my 20th visit since the property opened in 2003 (we visit at least once a year) however this may well be my last visit... Rooms - the quality of towels and pillows is not worth of a park place forget a park Hyatt, in fact both my friends that slept on the extra bed ended up with stiff necks! The food and service at the pool bar was so bad we had to send back our food and all the tables next to us complained as well. The night we spent at the Palms restaurant was the proverbial icing on the cake. It took about 40 minutes to fulfil the tables order and only bought my meal to the table once everyone else was done with theirs... we did complain and they did serve complimentary dessert.. but only to my friend and none to my son and I... which leads me to believe that they didn’t really care what we thought or wanted us to return... it’s sad that my last trip at the Hyatt would end so badly.
Have stayed here a few years back. This Hotel was one of the best in Goa. However this stay was very disappointing. The maintenance is down. The service standard has dropped. Was told that due to a dispute there is this issue. The food too was not up to the standard. Extremely disappointed.
