Family holiday in Sydney
Fabulous experience all round - one of the very best hotels we’ve stayed at. All the staff were very attentive, showed empathy and were perfect professionals 👍🏻😊.
Views are misleading
We had booked a harbour view room and received instead a room with a view of a giant cruise liner city view. We were told another room would be ready but never received a call back.
