"Comfort in the heart of Sydney"
We had a lovely stay here before departing on a cruise. They delivered on quiet rooms, friendly service, and an incredibly helpful concierge staff. Special shout out to Alastair for recommending great restaurants and activities during our stay. We also particularly enjoyed our breakfast experience with seamless service and great offerings from the menu and buffet. It is located close to the bridge and offers splendid views of the opera house. Although we didn’t have time to spend at the pool, the roof top setting is splendid.

The Park Hyatt Sydney offers great views of the harbor and Opera House, easy access to the Rocks, and has the best customer service of any hotel I have visited. From the front door to the dining room and housekeeping staff, everyone was there to help. We were regularly greeted by name and staff went the extra mile to meet our needs. It makes me want to go back for the service alone.
"Wow. What a great hotel "
I’ve always liked the Park Hyatt Brand since I started staying there in DC years ago. But this hotel is just so good. Stunning views of the Bridge and the Opera house. Delightful staff and rooms to die for. Just don’t order ice cream or sorbets after 8pm as they make them specially. Only found that out after waiting half an hour for hours and then to be told it wasn’t coming. But that’s a very small grouse
"A room with a view"
Stayed in an opera deluxe room which was gorgeous with balconies with great views of the opera house. Breakfast was delicious and service was good. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is we were given a room over the function room which was v noisy. We asked to move and we’re, but really they should have told us at check in given how pricey the room is!! That said, we’ll be back.
"Fantastic service from concierge desk"
Jonathan, Robbie and Alastair at the concierge desk made the trip for us. In addition to booking several excellent excursions (sailing cruise, opera house, etc.), the concierge desk had booked us a sitter for two nights that would have been a bit boring for our little 7-year-old guy. For whatever reason, the sitter did not show on the first night. Alastair saved the day by coming up to our room to babysit for our little guy until the replacement sitter arrived! Was hugely appreciated and just an example of how the service at Park Hyatt Sydney went above and beyond.
