Would highly recommend for families
Beautiful, peaceful location. Would recommend a junior suite with a view of the park. We made very good use of the balcony. Easy access to central Amsterdam via tram.

TERRIBLE
The hotel is unhelpful, terrible service, far, rooms too small, ceilings too low, you cannot trust the word given by people at the reception in dealing with your issues
Avoid ground floor and cosy rooms, tiny & noisy
Stayed room 127, soundproofing was awful - you could hear passers by talking as if they were in the room, not to mention the tram & road traffic. Real shame as the location was beautiful. Be warned of...
