Great service, breakfast can be improved. The bar service is great. Mariana, and Ana and Adérito at the bar, perfection
Perfection is difficult to achieve. Our stay was very comfortable. Helpful staff, when in Sintra, we’d come back. Obrigada everyone.
Comfortable
Spent a few nights here and was quite satisfied. The room was tidy, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Staff were polite and always ready to help.
Family stay for 3 nights
Great breakfast and dinner. Basic rooms. No coffee maker. Clean. Has nice indoor/ outdoor pools. Spa. Had deluxe suite for 4 with nice terrace.
Good experience
Great experience staff friendly and accommodating. Will go back for sure. Was staying for wedding and also enjoyed the pool.
Do Not Recommend
I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not very helpful. The rooms and common spaces were marginally clean and have not been updated in a long time (dirty walls & furniture, chipped paint)....
