The Petit Palace Marqués Santa Ana is located in Jimios Street, the heart of the city centre, in the vicinity of Seville famous Cathedral, from which all major tourist and historical zones are within walking distance.
Besides, it has in his surroundings all kind of connections; connecting it with all the most important places of the city and all the available destinies from Sevilla.
"Great place to explore Sevilla, be dexterous of you bring a car"
The only reason why this place did not get 5 stars was because I specifically booked a room with a terrace as I wanted to enjoy the views of Sevilla. When I arrived however, I did not receive what I booked but instead got a superior room on the first floor. The room was excellent but if you like to sleep in, be expected to wake up early as the insulation from the sounda originating in the atrium of the hotel travel right to your room. The staff is excellent. I specifically gave to recommend Ms. B (sorry, forgot your full name) who checked me in twice and went out of her way to help me with everything including parking of my car. Speaking of, if you plan on renting a car a leaving it at the hotel for the night, make sure you get the smallest car possible and that you are quite dexterous with Sevilla's narrow streets and hotel's extremely narrow car elevator.
We could enter earlier than normal, but there were than only rooms available with an upgrade. We did it ( €20 extra per night), but I'm not sure if this was a 'trick'. Free drinks (coffee, tea, juice) available all day
"Very nice hotel, idealy situated and a big thank you to the ladies at the reception desk for all their help and kindness"
Very nice hotel, idealy situated and a big thank you to the ladies at the reception desk for all their help and kindness! Breakfast is very nice with lots of fresh fruits and orange juice, pastries and cheeses. Tea, coffee and fruit juice available for free during the whole day.
"Perfect location for Seville"
It was very small, bathroom needed a redo, but it was perfectly located for exporing the old city center. Service was friendly. Fantastic breakfast included which will keep you happy most of the day. I recommend this as good value for the price.
"4 stars only because of service"
I guess i was a bit dissapointed about the value. Paid around 250 euros for a one night stay. Breakfast had a good selection of both cold and hot meals but nothing special.. the family room was very small and the kids bunk beds had no safety protection although they brought safety bars later. Some bathroom fixtures were no longer properly set into the walls. Noise cancellation was very poor as we could hear other guests making noises and people walking in the hallway all through the night. Parking was extra 20+ euros. I guess we were impressed with the position and the service. The receptionist made reservations for us to see a flamenco show and was very nice. If it wasn't for her i'd probably give this hotel 2 or 3 stars.
