Boutique hotel located in the touristic and monumental downtown of Seville, in Santa Cruz quarter very close to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcázar and Sierpas Street, the most important shopping center in Seville, where the best stores are found.
"Well Positioned Hotel"
The Hotel staff were very helpful especially Reuben who gave us information on the area around the hotel when we checked in. Petit Palace Santa Cruz is well positioned for visiting Seville but take a map with you when walking around the city. Breakfast was well catered for in a beautiful room where the roof was open. A very good choice on the Buffet. We asked for a kettle and mugs so we could make drinks in our room - no drinks tray in room. Our room was very clean but a little cramped as we had a 3rd bed. No draw space for small items. Air conditioner worked very well and not too noisy!
"Great Location, Quiet Rooms and Friendly Staff"
We arrived in Seville booked into another hotel and when we arrived they had double booked so we were sent to Petit Palace which was the best move ever! Marta greeted us with very good English and was very understanding of our situation. She made us feel extremely welcome and re-organised tour pickups that we had arranged from our previous Hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you so much Marta!
"Very nice hotel and location"
We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great with special recognition to Ruben who was always going above and beyond. Rooms were clean, spacious enough and room service did a nice job. Great location when it comes to restaurants and main attractions. Highly recommend.
"great location, clean, and buffet breakfast with good variety"
room was clean and the cleaning staff did a great job. location was nice and quiet but very close to the busy part of the Santa Cruz near the Cathedral. Buffet had a lot of variety with many options to choose from. Would have been nice to have a pool since it was 44 degrees C while I was there.
"No-frills lodging in a colorful maze of a neighborhood"
It's an older building, in the Santa Cruz area, and you wouldn't know it was a hotel except for the signs. It's short walk to just about anywhere you want to go in Seville, provided you don't get lost in the dense warren of this part of town. The room was sparse and clean, relatively large, but lacked a comfortable chair. Breakfasts were lean but adequate. The staff was helpful, and sympathetic when I arrived soaked in sweat on the day of an unanticipated taxi strike. Quiet, private, and small, it is out of the way but close to everything.
