Central location and what you expect from an Accor hotwl
Rooms a little dated but great hotel. Unfortunately many rooms have cigarettes smell despite being a non smoking hotel. Staff were excellent and very helpful.
Great Service
Pullman was my family's first hotel in Shanghai and it was great. They provided us with the best service. Especially hotelier Ben, who was always pleasant and took care of what we needed first.
