"Great hotel , Great facilities , Great service"
This hotel is my favourite in Bucharest . my last stay was on 5th January 2018 .for two nights . I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the door of the hotel . the entrance is stunning , the security is visible , and I felt safe . The staff at the reception was very welcoming , friendly and they do whatever they can to help . I had a problem with my airline checking , and Lorentue of the reception helped me out , he is a great guy . the standard room I usually get is on the upper floors is a good size , very quite and have all the mod com . the air conditioning and water pressure is fab. I must add that the mattress was just at the right stiffness for me . I always enjoyed swimming , sitting in the steam room , and sauna . The hotel offered this facilities and others at very high standard . The breakfast room was large . and the buffet was full of variety of high quality food . as well as the chef who was making omelettes . the breakfast room was also full of staff to take care of the residence , one of the staff Alina Nicoloe got my attention as she was working / running with her small body to serve everyone ! the hotel price was very reasonable , It is central , and surrounded with loads of historical buildings . As for the negative sides , may be I will find them next time I stay in this hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff where very friendly. However, the waiter Marius in the business lounge was absolutely incredible he was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He was exceptional he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted. I will definitely return thanks to Marius.
Was very good, good service as well. In the business lounge amazing service especially from Marius! He served us every day we were there always with a smile and always ready to help us! We loved his service! He was absolutely amazing and friendly, will definitely come back to see him
While this hotel is very nice, it was a bit disappointing. The lobby area is gorgeous – the blues and whites are very trendy and give off a hip feel. If time permitted, would definitely have done a happy hour here. There are several restaurants onsite – we only ate at the Italian restaurant, which was a bit of a letdown. The wait staff was very nice, but service was noticeably slow, and there were very few patrons around. The food was fine, but would not eat there again given the length of time everything took. The room itself is nice, pretty and clean, but not as luxurious as some in its category in this city. There were several issues with the room, including the phone not working. Not a huge deal, but not what you would expect for this category. Also, be aware – if you leave the do not disturb sign on for more than 24 hours, security will enter your room. I was told this is a hotel policy after the fact, but they really need to communicate this up front so there is no surprise factor. Complementary water is provided in the room, and the work desk area is adequate. Room may be a little small for this category of a hotel. Bed and linens were comfortable. Service was hit or miss from the hotel staff, and seemed a bit less friendly than other hotels in the area. The gym was a big disappoint – on the website it is massive and has a separate area for cardio and weights. This holds true, but what isn’t explained is that this is also a public gym – super crowded, humid and a bit uncomfortable. There is definitely a wait time for most equipment. The gym is also awkward to get to – signage was not super clear, and you almost leave the hotel through a service elevator to get there. They do give you free towels, and yes, the equipment is nice, but just way too crowded. The location of this hotel is one of the main perks. You are in a very trendy area, with high end shops, and a short walk away from many local restaurants, sites and historic buildings to see.
"Nice hotel that can be recommended"
Stayed at the hotel for two night and spend the most of the time outside of the hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice bar (serving food) in the hotel. Good training facility in a gym close by the hotel and included for guests (training and a indoor huge swimmingpool).
