"Below average 4 star hotel"
- Ordered a Margherita Pizza that look on the photo as a gourmet treat (24 euro) but in reality was worse than a Microwave pizza. When I complained the reception went into a rude debate. They took it from the bill, but in reality they should take it from the menu. - The isolation of the room was very poor. There was someone snorring in the room next to us while we thought someone was moving furniture. We had a room change at 1 am. - 25 euro for parking one night at a business park in the middle of nowhere is good yield However: the bed was Nice.
"Good Airport / Business Hotel"
I've been staying here during a business trip. If you need to get to your business near the hotel in the Schiphol-Rijk Business park, the location is perfect. If you're staying for vacation it's probably too far away from Downtown Amsterdam. The personnel is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and the style is modern. Breakfast is rich and fresh. Don't know about the pricing, it was included in my rate. There is a bar and another restaurant for dinner. If you want to go outside you need a ride. WiFi is free of charge which is great. Transfer to the airport is too long due to lot's of stops at longterm parking and Radisson Inn - not a good experience. A couple of years ago there was a Hotel only shuttle like the others at the airport. This was great to go back to the airport and head downtown.
"Good Airport Hotel"
I used to stay in Radissons years ago, but not so much anymore as they are not so great in the US. But, this one looked great from the website and reviews. Booked for the last night in Amsterdam to make it convenient to get to the airport the next morning. The hotel lobby and all is very nice and check in was fine. The hallway on our floor was a little musty with older carpet. Our room was not one of the newer, remodeled ones. It was clean but could use a remodel--the wallpaper on the wall next to the bed was bubbling and starting to peel. Bathroom very spacious and clean. The television channels catered mostly to European channels and no real good choices for US TV. The movies are not free. I agree that the shuttle is not the greatest as it does take a bit to get to the airport. Realized that it is not a dedicated Radisson shuttle --it stops at other hotels and at airport long term parking lots. At least it is complimentary. Make sure to get a voucher from the concierge.
"Good business hotel with shuttle service"
Stayed here one night on a business trip. Arrived late on a Sunday so everything was closed in the hotel. Room service offered the choice between hamburger and Margarita Pizza, so I pasta. Nice hotel like most Radisson Blu hotels. Good choices for business trips.
"Great hotel close to Schiphol, friendly staff"
2 nights in #633 as international coach driver for Trafalgar. The location close the airport and free shuttle service are great. Even for a citytrip i would recommend this, because when you arrive at the airport you can take normal public transport to the city. The woman who work at the breakfast area deserve a huge credit, they are very friendly and work very hard to keep all the guests happy. Love their attention to detail. I used the free fitness area, which was great. Parking of the coach was also free and secured by a gate and camera's. Overall a good experience, room was comfortable and had all the amenities and very clean. would love to stay here again.
