"Very affordable and proffesional"
Very nice, clean and quiet hotel, with proffesional stuff. Breakfast, which was included in the price was realy good. Good location, near metro station. Hotel is very easy to find from airport, and also not so far fom city center. Only bad implession was Thai restaurant with very bad offer and prices too high.

This is a very nice hotel for conferences and meetings. Spacious conference center. Beutifully situated by the water, relatively close to the city center. Large rooms, good bed. Ok gym. Free internet.
Not very easy to get there with public transport (which is not good since Copenhagen have good public transport). So if you have luggage make sure to take a cab (very expensive). They have a very good restaurant.
"Good Hotel at Good Location and Price"
We did enjoy our two nights stay at Radisson Blu Scandinavia and had wonderful dinner at Filini Restaurant in the hotel. Old city and other Copenhagen area can be easily reached by public transport from the hotel, either by bus or metro (the best way to travel in Copenhagen even if you drive the car like we did)

Please note that i have nothing against Radisson, i am member and also have been to many of them, all over the world. But this time, instead, the experience was way too disappointing. I do not like to complain, this is why i have not said anything for the first 2 nights, but then... enough was enough, and so i said it all: 1) despite i asked for a twin bed (a couple celebrating the new year’s eve... not surprising i think!) we got two single bed set aside. Ok, it can happen, it was said in the hotel reply... The problem was that they were not flat, inclinated on a side... impossible to sleep normally. Maybe just not lucky. 2) i got a room located close to the lifts: it seemed to be aside the metro station! Very noisy. Make sure to be far from the many lifts. 3) no bath foam and very poor room service: absolutely not acceptable for a Radisson... 4) very uneffective regulation of the temperature in the room: no way to have a proper setting, very approx analogue regulator. Old and improper. 5) useless to say, breakfast was bit included (more than 50 euro in 2 to have this....) I do not like to complain, but i think it is not fair to ignore this bad service. I will send a formal complain to Carlson (the group) management.
