"A hammock, really'"
Seriously why is there a hammock in my room instead of a couch' The rest of the room is fairly comfortable and nice but I'm just so put off by this -you know -hammock in my room. Why' The kicker is you can't even lay in it as it is too loose and sags almost all the way to the ground when one person is in it. So bizarre.
The hotel is well located and overall is a nice hotel, with a good shower and a decent breakfast. However the pillows are really very very bad, we asked the reception if they have other pillows and we received the same. The pillows are too high and hard. It had never happened to us that we weren't able to use the hotel pillows and consequently we had a very bad night sleep.
"Nice stay and good hotel"
I have stayed in this hotel for about one week. Its really well located in the center of the city. The service is good and the rooms are nice. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food as well. The gym is not really up to date but if you like to go for a run you can always go to the lake which is 500mtr away. Overall a very nice hotel to stay and I would definitely go again.
We moved to this hotel after being in a one we didn't like, it's very well situated you can go walking everywhere, be carefull on Sundays cause it's all close, the hotel has a wonderful breakfast in its restaurant, the rooms are really big, in booking says it has a pool was they don't , they share the use o a pool in a Marriott 4 blocks away, the attention is wonderful the place is very nice rooms are perfect you have a parking place with valet for 29 euros or you can park in front in a parking paying 20 euros. It's from Marriott , downstairs you have a place where you can have many different teas or some drinks during the happy hour
"Very nice hotel and location"
This hotel is very nice and cozy. We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was really nice and clean. The location was perfect. Close the shops, restaurant and so on. Me and me girlfriend went out all days and saw the city. I really like Hamburg and this area of Hamburg. One thing I didn't like about the hotel is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi. I think it's lie 9€ a day, if you want Wi-Fi in your room. Also they did not have any parking spots left, so they sent us for one of the parking houses. They didn't tell us that one of the three parking houses is actually half price. So I think this is a good thing to know, if your bring your car. The parking house is called Deutsch-Japanisches Zentrum and is like 4 minutes walk from the hotel. I can't remember the price for a 24 hours, but I know this is the cheapest one.
