"The excellent hotel for sightseeng"
This hotel I would recommend to everyone who came to see Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is OK, the metro station is on the opposite site of the street (very important for me). There are the beautiful swimming pool, fitness studio and breakfasta are excellent. The concierge service is excellent, they arranged the Malacca tour for me.
"Worst experience ever"
Honestly, the worst hotel experience I ever had. The room I stayed in was horrible, check in and check out was a desaster. I just hope that they are going to renovate the rooms and give their staff training. Trainees should be trained properly.
"Big and Grand with attention to details"
The Marriott label makes you trust that it's good. And it is. The lobby was big and welcoming. The front desk staff gave us (im with 4 other people) a quick check in, gave complete instructions to the detail and even accompanied me to the wing where my room was. It's just so big that the newer wing, the west wing also has its own grand lobby. The rooms on the west wing didn't have a view of the Petronas towers but the KL tower. But they said it has bigger rooms. My room was big, enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably, the 3rd one on a couch with size of a single bed. Clean and neat with beautiful toilet and bath, huge smart TV, good size desk. 3 complimentary bottled water. They may improve on the quality of their toothbrushes though not the kind where some bristles fall and get stuck between your teeth. Great restaurant with yummy food and good selections. Great location - you can walk towards Petronas for that obligatory selfie and of course to Suria KLCC for retail therapy.
me and my wife with my daughter stay 5 night in this hotel with my friend and his family the best place in kuala lumpur , near klcc aquarium , near twin towers , and..... pool was very good you can swimming until 11:00 pm , breakfast is good like a 5star hotel , wee could see twin towers from our room we stayed in 7 floor , the bad thing experience i had in this hotel 7 floor was smoking stair , and we didn't know that , and our room didn't has balcony , and nobody couldn't open windows , i came to reception and say want to change our room , because i have child and we are not smoker , but they said cant change our room . i can recommend this hotel . yet
I had recently stayed at the Renaissance in Kuala Lumpur on a business trip. This hotel is located absolutely in the city centre and is great for business as well as leisure travellers. The hotel is divided into two wings and is connected through a small walkway within the hotel. One of the wings is under renovation currently. The room where I stayed was fantastic and overlooked the city. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night sleep. The amenities in the room are perfectly placed for a business traveller. They ensured I had nice amenities like cocktail making ingredients with instructions and chocolates on different occasions. The breakfast options are immense and then restaurant is big to cater to all the guests. The food and service was extremely good. I also used their gym and spa and I definitely recommend. Overall an outstanding hotel to stay if you want to stay in the city centre.
