Poor F&B and room not great
Stayed for two nights, breakfast was really average and definitely not 5 star. Never seen bacon and ham floating in water (?) before and I spend 200 nights a year in various hotel brands and have done...

Family trip
The manager Mr. Johnnie is excellent helpful at the restaurant. He is very nice and helpful to us. We come back to this hotel to get a good hospitality like him.

Great hotel with great food
Renaissance Pattaya is always in my top list when traveling with family. Great food and great ambience. Family Room was fantastic. Kudo to the team! Will be back soon.
