"Good business hotel -unless the power goes out"
Great location, lovely staff, complementary caiparinha always welcome and delicious breakfast. BUT during the night there was a big storm. The power kept going out and coming back and every time it came back on - the TV would turn on. We had one night between overnight flights - it was not restful. But, I'm not sure if we wouldn't have the same problem at the other high end hotels...
Great location, close to Av Paulista, in the heart of Jardins. The best hotel room I have stayed (so confortable, very clean and nice)!!!!! One of the best breakfasts I have taken in the world, great service!
EVERYTHING is steps away from this hotel. Is this the newest (or nicest) ... not really, but it is comfortably in the very nice categories. Pay for the upgrade to the better rooms with the lounge access. Best pizza restaurant in the world is 2 blocks down the hill, and the street market on Sundays is 2 blocks the other way, with neighborhood-style options a mere steps away, also, in a metropolitan location.
"A good business hotel"
I was in São Paulo for a 3 night work trip. It’s about an $45 trip from the international airport. Be prepared for traffic but once you get to the airport, it’s very calming. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of extras but everyone was very nice and helpful. It was also safe. I took a walk around the neighborhood all the days I was there, but I wasn’t dumb and payed attention to where I was going. The breakfast was excellent and I had some of the best croissants ever and the work lunches and dinners were amazing. Also, the drinks from the lobby bar are strong and tasty! The lunch off of the spa/gym was healthy and plentiful. It was a great light meal before a big dinner. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
"Just a great comfortable place"
I was there September 27-30 for a conference in a nearby center. Nothing but good to say. Extremely well located, a block of Ave Paulista, the main shopping area. Good restaurants nearby. I had a double room that was very simply but elegantly furnished. Deep colors playing out against white linens, dark wood, small but great bathroom with walk-in shower, and all clean and well kept. The hotel is not very large, with a very personable and friendly staff. Room service menu is limited but has one of everything, at least. Would push the Executive Club. Similarly well done, great friendly and helpful staff. Not too much, just right. Good hors d'oeuvres, good make a dinner at happy hour. Breakfast in the club outstanding. I look forward to my next visit.
