MY WIFE AND I SPENT THREE WONDERFUL DAYS HERE OVER THE NEW YEAR WEEKEND...WE WERE CELEBRATING OUR TWENTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. WE ENJOYED A MAGNIFICENT DINER AT CALA BELLA ON NEW YEARS EVE. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE...NOT OUR FIRST STAY NOR WILL IT BE OUR LAST......Comment of L. JAMES , United States the 2016-06-28

Love this hotel and I was able to get an awesome rate through Prestigia - much better than the conference rate. Had an amazing view of the pools and pond!!! Will definitely go back. Even with 2 queen size beds, there is ample space in the room. The bathroom is also spacious. Only good things to say!!Comment of M. Nancy , United States the 2015-07-17
It was a great experience for me and my family to stay in this hotel; the pools, the spa, were great. Everything that you may need is there for you, several restaurants, bars, ice cream store, gym, etc. There employees were very polite and nice. I will recommend it to my friends.Comment of H. "Beautiful hotel, great customer service"
My son and I stayed here for a conference. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff could not be more accommodating. The pools are really nice. The food is very good at every place we ate. Everything is expensive but that's typical at a hotel of this type. My only complaint is that you have to pay to use the hotel's fitness center. I've never had to pay for that before. But, other than that our stay was great.
"Great hotel for families"
We recently stayed at the property and it is a great place for families. The resort is conveniently located near Sea World and Universal Studios and a short drive to all of the Disney parks. The property has several large pools and three restaurants and a 24 market. There is a game room, beautiful golf course, tennis and basketball courts. We will definitely return to this property for our Orlando visits.
This is one of our favorite hotels, they do have Military rates and that's important, the hotel is very large and very beautiful, three pools and several places to choose from for dinner, with the Land Remembered as number one in our book, the room was just outstanding, and a nice large bath room, breakfast down stairs is very good, with a very large selection on the buffet. I don't like that all the employees walking around speaking in Spanish, this is America, speak in private if it's not English, it's ok if speaking to a customer, but not around each other, It's also not right to charge an 18% gratuity in a self serv.
"When in Orlando, I only stay here "
Very clean. Close to everything. I had to work a trade show at the convention center. Less than a 5 minute drive. Great customer service too. We always eat at the steak restaurant too. They never disappoint. Always on point. I don't mind paying a more for this hotel because I know they will always be consistent with their services.
We stayed here for 4 nights. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a suite, but with young children we said we would need to see it first. They didn't allow this, so we stayed in a regular room. The room was fairly spacious. There was only a mini fridge, we were hoping for a microwave was well but were told it wasn't an option. Everything was well cared for maintenance wise, and the room was cold which was great given Florida can be hot in the summer. The lobby is impressive, they have different infused water every day for guests, the golf course looked nice and there's a small lake with a dock. We saw an alligator which was a highlight for our kids. The pools were wonderful, we only swam in the family pool but it was wonderful! The hot tub was hot, some aren't so that was nice. Lots of big towels available as well as water coolers and cups. The food in general wasn't good, but the coffee shop had good pastries! The main complaint was our bedding. We had holes in several of the sheets and there were stains on the duvet covers. I'm not a huge fan of the bathroom sink being outside the the bathroom but that's a personal preference. Parking was $18 for self park, but it's forever away and it rained everyday. We choose to do the valet parking, for $22 a day. A great place for families, it's not noisy and very low key.
