MY WIFE AND I SPENT THREE WONDERFUL DAYS HERE OVER THE NEW YEAR WEEKEND...WE WERE CELEBRATING OUR TWENTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. WE ENJOYED A MAGNIFICENT DINER AT CALA BELLA ON NEW YEARS EVE. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE...NOT OUR FIRST STAY NOR WILL IT BE OUR LAST......Comment of L. JAMES , United States the 2016-06-28

Love this hotel and I was able to get an awesome rate through Prestigia - much better than the conference rate. Had an amazing view of the pools and pond!!! Will definitely go back. Even with 2 queen size beds, there is ample space in the room. The bathroom is also spacious. Only good things to say!!Comment of M. Nancy , United States the 2015-07-17
It was a great experience for me and my family to stay in this hotel; the pools, the spa, were great. Everything that you may need is there for you, several restaurants, bars, ice cream store, gym, etc. There employees were very polite and nice. I will recommend it to my friends.Comment of H. "It's ok but nothing special"
The male staff we encountered were a bit useless. Property is nice enough. First room had filthy carpet and stunk so badly of dog we had to move immediatelt. Second room had clean carpet and wow could you tell the difference. Everything is expensive but handy to have. Stayed here a few times but not by choice.
"All good - except water pressure"
Shingle Creek is a great conference hotel--it is a very big facility with lots of great staff and I agree with all the positive comments. Plus they have Starbucks coffee (but not a Starbucks store) in the restaurant area of the resort. My room was quiet and clean. My complaint is that the water pressure in the room in both the shower and the bathroom sink were really low. Taking a shower took longer becasue the volume of water was minimal. I believe in conserving water but if I have to spend 10 more minutes in the shower--am I really saving'
"Business Trip for Tradeshow"
I have stayed here many times, and it is a lovely resort. Food options are great, and staff is very polite. The only frustration was the distance between my room from the elevator and trade show. I had a lot of luggage, bags, etc. I am in good shape, but was still a bit annoying.
"Shingle Creek-- best."
We attended a fundraiser this past weekend for Best Buddies (a great nonprofit that pairs students with other students and finds jobs for those who have intellectual disabilities). The event was at Shingle Creek, so we decided to stay over. What a great decision. They were accommodating, the rooms were lovely, and the property is in tip-top shape. One of five other Rosen properties, it's the best. We even got brunch in the morning, and it was relaxing, delicious, and the service was the best (Luigi!). A nice addition to the event was staying at Rosen Shingle Creek. Highly recommend.
"Stayed after a convention to see Bruno Mars"
We stayed at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort for a convention/meeting on 10/11 thru 10-13, then added a few extra days for a concert. The first day we were met with an AC system that didn't work. Then encountered fleas in our room from a previous guests dog. The grounds are nice and the staff is very helpful and polite. The add on tip fees for the breakfast buffet at 18% is outrageous. The food was average and not really warm. Skip it. 18% tip for getting your own food and a coffee refill needs to be changed. Pool service is very poor. I would not recommend this hotel.
