We recently hosted our wedding at Sahara Star and our experience has been wonderful with the venue and the entire team. We specially appreciate the effort of Mr. Tahir who helped make our event a success. His willingness to help, good advice and assistance was crucial in putting this event together. We are also thankful to Mr. Sagar and Mr. Santosh who were always available for us. We extend our warm-hearted thanks to one and all at Sahara!

"Fantastic hotel for a family"
We were a family of four (2 kids) and we stayed one night. It was a fantastic hotel in a great location. we took the lagoon facing room. We dined at their restaurant. They had a very good selection for breakfast. My son fell sick and they were able to provide a Dr Service at the site. Very supportive staff and catered to all our need to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this for families. Extremely safe. Very clean rooms and facilities

Here i would like to mention name of Mr. Devashish, who did out of the way service and did everything to make my fiancé feel like home on her birthday. His arrangements and ideas are just amazing! He himself did all the arrangements like cake, bouquet, card etc. that was beyond my expectations. We need more of such kind of employees in our hotels. Hats off to him & Sahara hotels Mumbai to give us friends like Devashish. He is just amazing. Thanks a lot!
Check in at 11:00 PM after a long flight. On arrival told me that I have to do a split stay. Move to another room after one night. Accepted it. After checked in requested the gentleman who bring my luggage to room to send some one to pick up my suit for ironing as it was a bit late and I have to take my dinner. He said he will send someone in 5 to 10 minuets. Waited for 30 minutes, no one came. Called to operator and in form the same and the gentleman answered told another 5 minuets. After 10 more minuets a gentleman came who do not speak any English(I do not blame him) and the only thing he was saying is tomorrow afternoon. But i needed it before 8 in the morning. Again called operator and explained what I was going through and he forward the call to reception. Kept me on hold for 2 minuets. A lady answered and ask me how she can help me. Sad part is she didn’t even know what has happened or happening. Explain everything and ask the permission to bring it my self to reception and hand over for ironing but rejected and said she is sending someone right away. Waited 8 minuets, no one came. I left the room, came for dinner. Went straight to Lebanese restaurant, 2 gentleman was in the counter, both ignored. Went to main restaurant and ask one lady to assist. She asked if I want buffet or menu. I asked her what are the choices that I have. And she said buffet is now closed. Again asked what are the options for me to have some food. She mentioned that menu or Lebanese restaurant. I told her that no one cared in Lebanese restaurant and she took me in and than only they served. Never ever gonna staying in this plane. This is my 2nd time stay in Sahara Star and I travel to India on business every other month.
