Guests booking non-refundable rates must inform Sao Rafael Villas, Apartments & Guest House of their billing details (name, address and VAT number) at the time of booking.
Please note that according to Portuguese law, it is absolutely necessary to present an official identity document (passport, identity card) of each person (adults, children, babies) at the time of check-in. Otherwise, the registration will not be able to follow and the cancellation conditions will apply.

A security deposit is required upon check-in, paid in either cash or credit card. Amount varies depending on accommodation type: • 1-Bedroom Apartments and Studios = € 200,00 • 2-Bedroom Villas and 2-Bedroom Apartments = € 300,00 • Villas Superior and Superior Plus = € 400,00 The amount will be returned to the guest upon check-out, following a damage inspection of the property. • Villas and Apartments do not have a cleaning service during the entire length of the stay. • In case of a stay over 5 nights, the following items will be supplied: • 1 extra set of bed linen per bed; • 1 extra set of bath towels; • 1 extra set of pool towels. • The Guesthouse provides a cleaning service for stays of 4 or more nights. Supplied at check-in and in accordance with the villa’s number of guests. No restock or refill is provided. Guesthouse’s Swimming Pool - only available to guests of the Guesthouse’s bedrooms, due to social distancing requirements.
