"Pleasant business hotel"
Pleasant hotel for a business trip. Meets all the needs: bar, restaurant, wifi, comfortable room and large shower room. The railway passes on one side and the road on the other. I was on the rail/harbour side which was not to bad. I am told the road side is noisy. Staff friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast but that was very good lots of choice. Took the water ferry up to the city Center only 10 min walk from hotel to stopping point. Very nice relaxing trip and cheaper than taxi. Currently being refurbished on the outside but not a big problem. Will stay again.
"The Best ever "
I have stayed at many hotels through out Europe but this hotel is the best by far. Hotel so clean the staff amazing. The food amazing. There is nothing bad about this hotel money we'll spent. I have never been to Denmark before Copenhagen is a beautiful city and this hotel just made everything perfect. I will be back
Best hotel room ever, nice location. And the spa room is amazing. The hotel is colorful and is just pretty. The stuff are very friendly and easy to talk. The ambient in the restaurant is so cozy and relaxing.
"1 night stay"
We stayed at this hotel due to being on a tour around Scandinavia so it wouldn't be my first choice because its not in the slightest near the city centre. If you were staying for businesses then this would be a good place to stay because it looks like its situated in the business district. The area does look like it will be a hip place in the future because there is a lot of construction work happening in the area and what they have done looks to be to a very high standard. There is a bus that runs past the hotel that will get you to the city centre it takes a least 20 minutes so if you didn't want to pay for a taxi then this is a good option. There are a few restauarts in walking distance which we decided to give a try and they were truly tasty. The rooms in the hotel were nice and clean they just don't seem to have any air con or if they have its permanently set on heat which is quite difficult to sleep when its so stuffy. Other than that not a bad hotel to stay in for a one night stay.
We spent two nights in the Scandic Sluseholmen Hotel while on a Coach Tour. It is outside the city area, and I am not sure what transport options there are. However, despite our room being basic, it was clean, room enough for two people, and the beds were comfortable. A negative is the lack of a kettle, but this seems to be a problem with European hotels. Coffee machines were available in the foyer however, and Hot Chocolate was available via staff. The dining experience was very pleasant both at dinner and at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and courteous at all times. My favourite food item was the Cowberry Jam.
