"Great hotel in great location of Boston"
We had no idea that Sail Boston was on the week that we stayed in Boston. The city was crazy! The tall ships were on view directly across from our hotel making this stay extra special. (Apparently it only happens every 17 years or so, so very special indeed) The Seaport District is an up and coming neighborhood, usually less busy than the rest of Boston. We didn't really comprehend how large Boston was, so after walking kilometers (all the Freedom Trail and across to Back Bay), we mastered the subway and saved our feet. The World Trade Centre station, accessible from the plaza level of the Seaport made accessing Boston really easy. The hotel itself was great. Despite all the activity outside, it was quiet and we were able to sleep well. Very clean, the service is excellent. We particularly liked the Smart (Smaht) TV which allowed us to log in to our Netflix to watch movies. The gym/fitness Centre was one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Great place for a Boston stay!
"A Gem in the Seaport"
We had the pleasure of staying here during the Sail Boston tour. We stayed 3 nights and our room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Amenities included a room safe, frig and coffee maker. The reasturant for breakfast had the most professional staff and an abundant offering. Everything we had was excellent. The staff if friendly most helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of their way to help. Centrally located in the Seaport District and within walking distance of Rise Wharf and Faneuil Hall. Fairly priced for this market.
"Very pleasant stay overall very satisfied"
Staff, amenities, Tamo bar was great staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent service very timely. Valet service was excellent and friendly. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Overall I don't think my wife and I could have any better experience from arrival to checkout.
"Best hotel in Boston"
I've stayed at the Seaport numerous times on business. I am more impressed with it each time. The service is very personalized and the amenities are first-class. All in all, a wonderful hotel that spoils me for hotels in other cities.
"The Best Hotel in Boston"
What took me so long to discover the Seaport Hotel in Boston for myself' I've booked several corporate events at this hotel, and Sales Manager Tom Ridlon was undoubtedly one of the easiest sales manager I've ever dealt with. Fair, responsive, pleasant, and accommodating -- even with last-minute changes. For some reason, it took a series of Tall Ships events to bring ME to the hotel for a stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, the views of the harbor are fabulous, the desk is on rollers and can be moved to the window to enjoy that view (the room service server showed me this), the showers are roomy and water pressure more than adequate, and great bath products to boot. You don't need passwords to log on to Wifi - it's automatic. The food is fantastic. Everyone from the front desk staff to room service to maid service was friendly and aimed to please. And this hotel that isn't a rubber stamp, typical ordinary chain hotel is in the Seaport District where there's lots happening. To top it off, I valet parked and handed the valet a tip - only to have it returned with him informing me that the tip was included in the charge. And room service was the same! All this for rates that are significantly lower than what you'd pay in the central part of Boston or even Charlestown. However, the Institute of Contemporary Art, the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, and other city landmarks are all walkable. Gotta check it out!
