Next to the Shops at the Prudential Center, this upscale hotel is a 6-minute walk from the Hynes Convention Center MBTA station and less than a mile from the Museum of Fine Arts.
The entire hotel has construction going on, it starts early and last all day in the early evening. Drilling grinding can be heard through all the rooms. I stayed in the south tower last week heavy jackhammering all day I am in the north tower today and there’s been a grinding on the ceiling since 7 o’clock this morning. Great location friendly staff be aware you’re not getting rest.
I am a travel agent and attended a trade show about Portugal on 10/16/17. I would like to recognize two food servers that were working, Nancy and Faye. Both were very friendly, polite, efficient and attentive, and apparently enjoyed their jobs. They are an asset to the hotel!
"Great location right next to the subway"
The location of the Sheraton Boston is rather convenient to the subway. I am far from city savvy but I managed to take the subway from the Bruno Mars concert directly to the hotel area and never got lost or scared. The hotel is large and is attached to a mall (how convenient). Parking is $42 for self parking and more if you do valet. The parking garage is well lit and clean. Be mindful of which doors that you enter as you could be conveniently located to enter the lobby or further away requiring a confusing walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was open until 11pm. I would stay here again as the area felt safe and near many food options as well as to Berkeley.
"Night at the Sheraton Hotel before Cruise."
Aussie touring party stayed at the Sheraton Hotel just outside the city for night before starting our ship cruise from Boston to Montreal, Canada. Hotel was several miles from the city but was a very comfortable stay with a very nice room plenty space to relax in & enjoy a good sleep. Facilities in the room were very good incl a couch, fridge & two comfortable large beds for a sleep. Bathroom was spacious with a shower / bath incl good water pressure. It had all the usual items shampoo & conditioner in it as well. Lifts in the hotel were easily to operate & spacious for patrons to use Restaurants were close to the main entrance / foyer and had a good menu available for meals incl breakfast. We decided to look for a restaurant outside the hotel which we found very reasonable priced on this particular night. Concierge were very courteous at all times when obtaining our room cards & departing the following day. Recommend this hotel for a overnight stay.
"Perfect for Conferences"
I stayed for 3 nights for a conference. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located by the huge mall that contains high-end stores and Eataly. Just like any hotel things were overpriced. There is a starbucks located in the lobby. It is walkable to many great eating places and shops.
