My husband and me decided last minute on the way from Seremban to go to KL as it was my birthday on 20 November. So we decided to stay at the Sheraton Imperial hotel. Told the reservation lady that it was my birthday so we are planning to stay. Upon check in at the SPG counter at about 8 pm, requested the staff if I can get upgrade and if I can get a twin tower view as it was my birthday. No respond from her. It just went to deaf ears. Then we went for dinner and came back about 12 midnight. Tried using the key card in the lift, it didn't work at all. The lift just went up to the 31st floor and stop. We were staying on the 32nd floor Then we requested assistance from one of the staff who was passing by and we managed to get to the 32nd floor. Then when we reached our room, we could not access our room. . So we went down again to the reception. Tried talking to the lady at the reception, she just go about doing her things and ignoring me. A gentleman from the reception came to me and assisted me. Again when we went in to the lift, the card didn't work. Luckily there was another guest who was on same floor. It was really frustrating. Rooms are run down. They gave you the toiletries in small sizes. The next day when we were checking out, the staff was really slow and we had to pay for car park. When I last was there in 2012 and 2014, its not the same anymore. Knowing from my profile it was my birthday and also informed the front staff, they don't even make an effort to send a small cake to the room. It does not live up to the 5 star expectation. More like a 2 or 3 star. That's the last. Not ever going to stay there anymore. Bad Bad service.
"Profesionalism lead by example EXECUTIVE CLUB LOUNGE"
Im regular lifetime platinum member in marriot/spg. I would like to share with you about my experiences with Sheraton Executive Club Lounge. This is my second review after 7 month from my first review. Im in service line for more than 20 years. Every hotel I check in, first thing what I will observe the service level of the staffs, knowledge, anticipation and leadership. Whether they are well trained, or the staff can remember what is their regular customer likes. But one thing for sure, the staffs who are handling Executive Club Lounge in Sheraton KL are really well trained, very polite, friendly and helpfull. They are always doing their best to provide their excellent services to their guest. As a frequent traveller, we are exhausted the hour spend on travelling, the moment when you step into the hotel, you always hope the room can be ready even though sometimes you might check in at not regular hotel time. My experienced with the Club Lounge staffs was, they knew we are tired, even though the room might not be ready but they will always settle and get the room be ready within 10 minutes coz they want their guest to have a decent rest before they go for their next activity. I never seen CLUB LOUNGE MANAGER in OTHER SGERATON HELP HOUSEKEEPING MAKE THE BED. It totally amazing and superb. Promise to the guest room ready before noon time. He pass they room key with sweat uniform. I m coffee lover, most of the staff in the Executive Club Lounge know my favourite is black coffee. Just like last week, when I had my breakfast in the Club Lounge, before I sit down one of the staff has came to me and said " Mr Graig are you coffee lover right... ' This is what we call service is offer NOT asked and customer oriented. Last but not least, the Club Lounge Manager MR. Fairos is one of the best manager in Sheraton Brand Hotel in Marriot International/Spg. I don’t know how to describe that feeling but he always make me feel i m at home. That is the reason why Sheraton Imperial KL always is my first preference. FOR THE WHOLE YEAR IM STAY IN SHERATON IMPERIAL KUALA LUMPUR I NEVER EVER DISSAPOINTED FROM EXECUTIVE CLUB LOUNGE SERVICE. SPECIAL THANKS TO MR FAIROS HJ KHALID well trained his staff become truly SIMPLY THE BEST.. MR FAIROS YOU'RE THE ROLE MODEL...
"Professional Wedding Event Team!"

My wife and I were very impressed with Ellie, who was in charge of our wedding dinner. She provided so much help in coming up with the wedding program, as well as came up with so many suggestions on the many details that we needed to consider. Without her, we'd probably be a lot more stressed about the dinner. We liked the bridal suite. Food was decent. Service quality was good as well. Everything went well and we are more than happy to recommend Sheraton as a wedding venue. Will certainly consider staying over as well.
"Cosy and intimate wedding reception"
My husband and I recently celebrated our Chinese wedding reception at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur with 120 people at their junior ballroom DO@M. We chose to host our celebration at the Sheraton Imperial KL as it was strongly recommended by an acquaintance who have worked long in the industry. We were certainly not disappointed as we found the package value for money, food was really impressive for banqueting standards in terms of taste and presentation and the banqueting team was really professional and made sure that ourselves and guests were very well looked after. As my husband and I were based overseas, most of the communication were done through email, whatsapp and our parents assisting with site inspection and food tasting. We truly appreciate Ellie Low, the wedding specialist, who had demonstrated much patience and professionalism through the long distance communication, and despite the significant time difference between us, she has always been prompt with her response. We also appreciated that when we met Ellie for the first time (a week before the wedding), her expert insights were invaluable as we finalised the wedding program. What we appreciated most was Ellie's keen intuitive in proposing opportunities to customise our wedding decoration and favour, instead of using the available templates, as we already had pre-designed monogram. We would also like to appreciate Chef Rajesh and Banquet captain Majid who were both available at all times to ensure the smooth running of our event. Syawal and Dibah were also crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our tea ceremony after the reception as they assisted us in the pouring of tea so that all the family members could enjoy the exchange. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Sheraton Imperial and are really thankful for the whole team for making our celebration a memorable one!
