Everything was as I expectedComment of G. Miguel , Costa Rica the 2016-10-10
"Ok but not as nice as typical Sheraton"
We were upgraded to a nicer room which was a nice gesture and given a welcome bottle of wine. The room included bunk beds which we didn't use but had we needed to would have been problematic. There was an electric socket eye level on the lower bed without a cover on it which would be a danger for a curious child. The balcony also was dangerous for young kids. My 2.5 year old could fit her head completely through the bars and her whole body could easily slip through. The bars are too far apart and are a safety concern. Other than the reception area and the pools the rest is fairly dated and resembles a motel but for the low rate, I'd say on a high level it met expectations. The pools were nice and location is short drive to Disney.
"Not reserved, poor room quality"
My husband and I came to Orlando with some friends of ours for a little vacation. They reserved the room well in advanced. The room that was reserved was for 2 queen beds. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk had to "rearrange some things" because the rooms were "sold out".....one of those sold out rooms was ours and you shouldn't have sold it! So after that was figured out, we started making our way to the room. The entrance gate to our unit didn't work with the card, but we were able to make our way in anyways - if the cards are meant to act as a security system, it's extremely flawed. The elevator is EXTREMELY SLOW. We get to the room and found the following: The bathroom door does not shut, the mini fridge was dirty, the water pressure is terrible, and the bathroom sink is located outside if the bathroom. I've never seen that before and personally think it's dumb. The lobby looked amazing - but past that I'm not impressed. I can pay MUCH less somewhere else for MUCH better quality. Resort Fees AND Parking Fees - It's ridiculous. This is more of a hotel than a resort.
Came here for a 3 1/2 week training and it was such a great experience. The staff was always polite and friendly. Terriann at the front desk was such a sweet heart. Julio and mercy made hanging out by the pool and the hot tub a blast. The house keeping crew kept my room tidy and well stocked. Everyone made this long stay as comfortable as possible.
"Really GREAT hotel for the money."
This hotel has an excellent location across from Disney maingate and central to all shopping and dining in the area. The room was well appointed, comfortable beds, great room service selections and I had a great stay. Though my trip was business, I had some time to relax in the pool and hot tub, which was fabulous. The water slide was a lot of fun. This wasn't a luxurious hotel, but it was everything I expected and a lot more for the money spent on the room ($68 a night plus resort fee) and I would recommend it.
"Nice resort "
Nice resort our unit was updated, had a 2 bedroom that slept 8, we had 7. One room had a king bed, the second was 2 queens, plus the main living area had a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Fully furnished plus a balcony with patio furniture that was screened in. To our surprise it had daily house keeping and they did a great job even cleaned any dirty dishes that were left out on the first day when we had no idea we had you keeping. Each day supplies were restocked with doesn’t often happen with most resorts I’ve stayed at in the area that aren’t Disney. Made for a great trip and based off the location we seemed to miss all the toll highways to the parks, shopping and restaurants. We all had a great stay would recommend to friends and family for sure. Only thing the kids weren’t happy about was out of the 7 pools only one had a small water slide but we just drove to it each time for them as it is a big resort area.
