LA visit
Staff were very friendly, clean neat rooms. Easy access to activities, restaurants in area. Very walkable. Lobby bar service with Andrew was excellent.
No executive lounge on weekends is a non-starter
The lounge is closed on the weekend. Anyone with status should avoid this hotel if you are there over the weekend. As a bonus, i was entertained that no one could figure out the elevators😃
