"Club Lounge is great with Minnie"
I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everyone is exceedingly polite and helpful. My room was perfect, and the bed was heavenly. One of the best parts of my stay was visiting the club lounge each morning and evening. (Yay, Platinum Elite!) When you are there, be sure to look for Minnie. Her warm and welcoming hospitality cannot be beat.

This is our 7th All Star Basketball Family trip and it always coincides with my wife’s Birthday. For the past 7 years we have always stayed at a Marriott, Sheraton Westin or Renaissance now ALL part of the Marriott Group and the GMs have always ensured as Elite (as well as shareholders) members that we are take care of and GM Litvack and his team went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We appreciated the upgrades we received and the special surprise for my wife on Saturday afternoon. Awesome unique amenity that was enjoyable and very much appreciated. Some notes: 1) Great check-in and out front desk. Reps were very friendly and could answer and resolve any questions 2) Directors Deaon Sanders, Tae Wan Kim and Ishrak Ishak kept in touch with me planning the trip, sending information and ensured we were well situated all during our stay. They were awesome and a special thanks to them. 3) Concierge Club on top level was one of the best we have enjoyed with a full breakfast in the morning and in the evening we were able to sample a great assortment of hor d'oeuvres . The morning staff was exceptional and I would remind my fellow guests please leave a tip for their service. I am amazed how often I saw no tip for service! 4) Housekeeping was great. Received extra pillows and bathroom accessories. Again we tipped every day and judging by the surprise from staff, looks like they don’t get tipped for their exceptional service. Come on fellow travelers! 5) Gym on the top level by the Club was awesome with an amazing view of the city. Sufficient machines so there was never a wait. 6) Location of the Hotel is very convenient to the Staples/LACC, all of downtown with restaurants and some shopping (most of shopping is 15+ minutes away). Macy’s right next door and a small outdoor mall 2 blocks away 7) Elevators. Takes a day getting used to holding your key card under the pad and touching which floor to find your elevator. 8) Room service. Shuts off the middle of the morning to early afternoon. Plenty of restaurants around. They brought in a wonderful amenity for my wife (again folks please tip for service) 9) Bell desk and front door employees all super while we were there. 10) A shout out to the front desk lady who I called after leaving and forgetting some stuff in my room. She checked and made sure Director Kim sent it back to my home address. All in all a wonderful stay made possible by GM Jonathan Litvack who had his team stay in touch with us and made this an awesome stay. All employees were great, a tribute to his leadership. I highly recommend this property with its clean new rooms if you need a superior Hotel to stay at in downtown Los Angeles. GM Litvack and his team YOU ROCK!
Perfect hotel for access to downtown Los Angeles. Miguel was fantastic and helped me with a request. I will book again next time business brings me to LA . Plenty of places to eat around the area and the staff is super friendly. Thanks again Miguel
"Lobby Cafe David!!! The Best!"
David is a perfect addition to the Sheraton Grand. He made me laugh very early in the morning, he took care of everything I needed and was helpful in connecting me to the front desk for room needs. He is charismatic, engaging, fun to speak with. Also, the men that work the Bell Desk and driveway are amazing!! They lifted my bag, helped out with my uber and always had a smile. "Sheraton Grand is the BEST"
My stays at this hotel were exceptional. The service throughout the hotel was consistently top notch from the moment of my check-in. The service at every level from front desk through valet parking was on point. More important to me is a hotel’s cleanliness and the Sheraton Grand cleanliness is flawless and the hotel consistently met and exceeded my expectations in this regard. For me this was a great experience from top to bottom and I will stay at the Sheraton Grand whenever I'm in Los Angeles. I especially appreciated the services of Minnie in the hotel’s VIP lounge – Minnie went above and beyond to make sure my and my family’s needs were met. Thank you... much appreciated!!!
