"Such an amazing place to stay"
This is by far my favorite hotel i stayed in LA area, great staff, awesome customer service, rooms are so clean and very spacious. From check in to check out everything was excellent, they have parking service room service, awesome restaurant to have breakfast on P Level. Everyone was so friendly. People who work there love their job, anything we needed was meet with great smile. I will definitely go back to this hotel again, thank you to Front desk team, such an awesome place.
"Beautiful and exceptionally clean rooms and a beautiful lounge"
I have been staying at this hotel every week for the past few months and I highly recommend it to everyone. And the Concierge Lounge is so thoughtfully put together and so comfortable. The evening concierge, Minnie is indeed the queen of the lounge. Minnie is attentive and professional at all times. I appreciate Minnie. Additionally the front desk agents are consistently professional and personable. Thank you Sheraton Grand!
"A great place to stay in Downtown LA"
The Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is a great place to stay in Downtown LA. At 711 Hope Street it is just across an intersection from the entrance/exit to the Metro Station, which is how we got there. The room was comfortable and well appointed, service was excellent, there is a coffee bar in the lobby serving Starbucks and breakfast food, also a 3d floor rooftop garden which was predictably noisy from the street noise but otherwise very pleasant. They have a restaurant which looked good, but we had reservations elsewhere. There is also ample parking if you drive, which will cost you $42 per day.
"Minnie; The Queen of the Concierge Lounge"
Great hotel, great location and most importantly, Minnie; the Queen of the Concierge Lounge! Since I am, brace yourselves, Platinum Premier Elite Lifetime guest of Marriott Hotels and Platinum of Starwood Hotels, rest assured, I know what I am talking about!!
"Great location, really nice hotel"
Didn't spend much time in the hotel but what time I did spend there the corner king room is large with a big couch and dining height table. The bed is comfortable (pillows not so much). Bathroom is clean but nothing too fancy. The "view" from the corner room wasn't really a view at all...so don't pay extra thinking you are going to get a great view. But to be expected in the middle of downtown. Metro stop right across the street. Less sketchy people around hotel than other areas of downtown. The restaurant District attached to hotel is good and open late. Overall really great location central to everything in downtown.
