"Great location "
All Rooms have beach view and balcony. Rooms not big but are fine. Comfortable bed. Nice closet. Bathroom fine. Front Desk staff very nice and helpful. Typical Israeli good breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Dizengoff Sq, Carmel Market, etc. Rush hour from airport just under one hour. $46 USD WITH TIP. Will stay here again.
We are returning guests. We loved the hotel in the past and still do. Good location close to beach and centre. The rooms are nice not too specious but OK. The beach view is a bonus. The room clean and the staff is polite and obliging. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Sitting by the window and watching the beach is beautiful. It's a pity they don't leave the little chocolates at night on our pillows anymore but they are available at reception. We loved our stay there, but a bit too pricy...
"Excellent location, average Renaissance, tired lounge"
The location of this hotel is great right on the beach. Some Gett taxi drivers often had trouble finding the front door, though. Sunsets are amazing over the water from the lobby bar/terrace. Rooms are okay, though not great by Ren. standards, and the concierge lounge could use a renovation and upgrade in the snacks served. Breakfast served daily in the main restaurant is deluxe and substantial, with a wide variety of options, local treats/staples, and omelette bar. Overall, it's a good hotel with decent sized rooms for TLV. The service was very good at front desk, in restaurant, and concierge. Five star service, three star amenities/room/lounge, landing on a four star review.
"Extremely friendly staff and very clean"
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. Always with a smile. Used the valet parking and it was an extremely positive experience. The vehicle was always available within 2 to 4 minutes. The hotel is at the foot of the beach and its one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. The water was extremely clean and delightful Each room has a terrace with 2 chairs and sitting on the terrace allows you to view the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean. Excellent location.
Hotel is tired and in need of facelift and renovating. Rooms passable, but the AC system looks like it is from the 1960's. Bathrooms dingy, dark and mold along the tub. Lighting very poor. If you use the Executive lounge, expect it to be like a fraternity house set up. Furniture old, worn and torn. The room is not conducive to private business talk. It is one of the most unimpressive 'Executive Lounges' I have been in. Marriott... best step up your game in TLV!
