"decent location in a busy city"
This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Tribeca -it was in a good location for restaurants and out of the main hustle and bustle of Manhattan. The room was on the small size but very comfortable overall. Staff was very helpful
"Good location nice hotel "
One nighter - nice room although pretty tight ! But that's manhattan. Nice amenities and locations great for subways and getting anywhere in lower NYC. Couple small things. NO Water cooler in gym. That's a must and a no brainer. Shower head was pathetic... all else good
"A wonderful experience"
We, 2 adults + a teenage daughter, stayed at Sheraton Tribeca from 2 - 9 October 2017 and it was just perfect. We had the wildest room with a fantastic skyline view and the room was very clean. We had our breakfast on the top roof every morning and also had snacks and wine every afternoon. We also want to thank you, Deon, for your pleasant and kind welcome every morning when we came to have our breakfast or snack in the afternoon. We think Sheraton Tribeca is the perfect location for a visit in New York and everything worked perfectly.
"Excellent Hotel with added perks"
I choose this hotel primarily for price which included the concierge lounge that has a spectacular skyline view on the 21st floor and 24 hr access. The rooms were a good size for New York City. We stayed in a king room. It was clean and there was a walk in shower. The lounge has complimentary breakfast in the morning with bagels, pastries, hot oatmeal, juice, coffee, tea. They also have evening appetizers and complimentary wine, plus you can access it 24 hrs if you need a drink, or snack. We did not have to buy bottled water or snacks our entire stay. They are always open. They also have a microwave you can use to warm up your leftovers. I know it may cost a little more but I believe you are actually saving more $ with the food. And the sky view was amazing in the morning and night. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The location is perfect to walk to Chinatown, Little Italy, Tribeca and Soho. A few blocks you are in chinatown. Across the street you are in Soho. There are so many places to eat, around the area. On the weekend, there is an outdoor food market just west of the hotel. I would stay there again.
"Old fashioned hotel"
Nice neighborhood but the hotel needs an update. Small room, very nice matrass but again, the room really needs an update. We slept on the 11th floor but even there we could hear the traffic, very bad isolated. Room wasn't cleaned very well but when I mentioned it , we got a free breakfast. So...nice staff. We chose this hotel because of the rooftop terrace but we never had red that you'll have to pay an extra $ 30/ day/person for the use of it and...it even has no bar! So we did not see it once... We think it was too expensive for what we got!
