Très agréablement supris de la beauté de cet hôtel, très bien situé au cœur de Vancouver, à pieds de plusieurs attractions, service courtois et professionnel, je le recommande absolument!Comment of J. Salima , Canada the 2015-03-28
A very nice experience with excellent staff and good facilities. The room was small for this type of hotel but very adequate fir our needs. A nocturnal neighbour could be heard but not to the extent that caused sleep loss.Comment of H. Adrian , New Zealand the 2015-01-13
I stayed at this hotel in November 2014 for 3 nights. Traveling from England, I was inpressed with the service. I got upgraded to a better class room on the 24th floor with a road, mountain and sea view. Perfect location for site seeing, shops and places to eat.Comment of D. Stayed 17 - 20 November 2017; overall stay was average - water pressure was poor and showers were luke warm at best. Room was a decent size, large windows - but room seemed outdated and nothing special about it. Not terrible but wouldn't really recommend either.
We booked the Sheraton through aeroplan miles and the whole experience was fantastic. Very beautiful room and stunning vista from top floors. We were comfortable. We received a beautiful gift from the hotel as it was our anniversary....what a wonderful surprise. I loved walking through the neighborhoods. The parks are gorgeous. Our hotel service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
"A fantastic stay at Sheraton Wall Centre"
My son and I stayed in North tower of Sheraton Wall centre for 5 nights. It was so lovely: big room, great linens,it was cleaned daily, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water refilled every time. A room has a fridge and coffeemaker. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved to be here!
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We were given a corner room which was good for us. We were able to draw the curtains fully which gives us a bird eye view of downtown Vancouver. This hotel is located directly infront of a hospital so occassions there will be sirens. A pleasant hotel with hospitable staff. They also adopt green policies which is good.
"Busy but Beautiful Hotel"
My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for business last week. The hotel is split into two towers (the North and South Tower). When checking into the hotel we made a request for a room on the club floor in order to take advantage of the extra amenities. The Club Floor is located in the South Tower and gives you access to the Club Lounge where you have access to breakfast, hors d'oeuvres and and non-alcoholic beverages which are included in your room rate. The South Tower is a quieter tower and has a Starbucks in the lobby which is very handy since the in room coffee is really not very good. Our room in the South Tower did not have a bathtub which is a negative for me and we requested a switch of rooms. The room however was tastefully decorated, had a nice shower, and a stunning view of English Bay and the Ocean. The staff were great in meeting our request for a room with a bathtub. We were provided a deluxe city view room in the North Tower which was very comfortable. The room has floor to ceiling windows, a spacious bathroom, sitting area and a king sized bed. The room size was average with two chairs in the seating area, flat screen tv, and separate area where the coffee service was. The North Tower appears to be a newer tower with a more modern feel to it. On the main floor is the lounge and was a hub of activity with banquet room on the floor above. We always take advantage of Club Floors when we can and although we were moved to the North Tower our rate still included access to the Club Lounge. The club lounge was tastefully decorated in what I would describe as soothing beach colours and had a beautiful view of the city and English Bay. It was not a problem for us to walk from the North Tower over to the Club Lounge in the South Tower. The evening Hors d'oeuvres included some hot choices, meat, cheeses, and various vegetables. We enjoyed the wine and cocktail menu (at an additional fee) while had a few snacks before heading out for dinner. The morning selection in the Club Lounge was disappointment to us. There were only hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, bagels, breads and pastries being offered. If having a hot choice for breakfast is important to you then the Club Lounge may not be for you as it does not appear to be guaranteed you will get what you want. What I love about this hotel is that the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and you are within walking distance of Robson Street and many restaurants. What I didn't like was the fact the not all rooms have bathtubs and when we checked in we were not provided any information as to which floor the Club Lounge was on or the WiFi password. However the hotel was very busy as check in so it may have been an oversight. Also, the property is right across from St. Paul's Hospital so expect to hear and see a lot of emergency vehicles.
