"Good business hotel not for tourists"
I visit this hotel as a toerist. For toerist how whants to see the city this hotel is in my opinion not a good option. Cafatatia is expensief ham/cheese sandwisch 8,50 There is a supermarkt nearby 600 meters. Taxi to the city center cost around 8 euro. Walk around 30 min. Houskeepings start around 7:00 and make a lot of noise, talking in front of you door shouting true the corridors despite the sign do not disturb You want to sleep late' Small chance here. Swimmingpool is closed from the end of september even if the temparture is well above 20 degrees. Rooms are big, lots of closetspace, safe, bathroom with hairdrayer and soap, bodylotion ect, window that good open, there was no chair at the desk. TV a lot of spanisch channels, the German and English channels were not really entertaining. I would not choose for this hotel again based on the distiance to the city, expensief and noice.
"Andalus Palace Hotel"
A grand hotel situated on the outskirts of Seville (no city taxes to pay). Very modern building with a strange hanging chandelier in the centre. We asked to be moved to a twin room, as my daughter had a broken shoulder and we couldn't share a bed, staff were very obliging. The room was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Then mini bar was expensive, but we bought a bottle of wine from the cafe bar that was reasonably priced. Although there was a conference on and lots of people in the hotel, it never seemed crowded. This was probably because we travelled in November. Our only complaint was that there was not sanitary products in the toilets and we had to walk to the nearest all night garage which was 10 minutes or so from the hotel, late at night. We thought that such a large hotel, offering complimentary bathing products, toothbrush and shaving kit, might also have sanitary products and tissues!! The buffet breakfast was offered us at 10 euros each and the choice was amazing, everything you could wish for in a buffet! The grounds are lovely and we spent our last day relaxing by the pool. The number 3 bus is around corner from the hotel and takes you into the main city of Seville for 1.40 euros. We got off at Torre Del Oro (Golden Tower ) which is near to the main sites. There is a taxi rank outside the hotel which is very convenient.
"Brilliant place to stay and great value for money!"
Just spent four nights at this hotel. 2 adults and a child. We had a spacious and spotlessly clean room . The sheets were clean and the maids came in every morning to clean. We had a room overlooking the pool which was lovely. The bathroom was also very clean however the tiles could do with a re grout. Beautiful spacious and relaxing areas . We sat in the bar area on our first evening listening to a great singer , prices for a 4 star European city hotel were good. The staff were pretty friendly especially the city information clerk. The breakfast was lovely! There was something for everyone and incredibly fresh. We were a little concerned before arriving about finding somewhere local to eat of an evening but I did a little research on here and within a five to ten minute walk in either direction there are fantastic restaurants . Brilliant supermarket five minute walk from the hotel and great bus links into the centre. We walked to the Plaza de Espana in about 25 minutes and the centre 5 minutes further. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel . Ok so it isn't 5 star! It is a good 4 in a great location and brilliant value!
Really bad room cleanliness. The room had a really strong smell, it smelled like vomit (terrible experience). The staff was not very nice. The front desk staff was unfriendly. Good swimming pool and good green areas.
Comfortable hotel but a bit in need of an update. Great staffand location close to the town centre. Large room for a family of 3. Good to have the secure car parking below the hotel. Close to the main bus routes for easy access to the city.
