Clean and spacious quite room. You can leave your car at underground parking for a reasonable price. Good breakfast. Easy access to downtown, good value for money. Friendly staff. I would recommend and book again.
"Great hotel, nice and helpful staff"
Stayed for a couple of nights on business. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Hotel is also well designed and staff are very helpful. A great stay and would recommend as a great place for a business stay
"2 Night in Madrids, Asian Tour."
The rooms were clean, we were only there for a couple nights. You do get a comb and toothbrush set, the showers are a bit slippery. One of our tour-mates slipped and fell on her hip. That ruined the whole trip for her, since we were on the bus a lot and walking a bunch. Rooms are modern and bathrooms looked nice. We had buffet breakfast, and that was really good. Continental breakfast, with all the fixings. Free wifi in the lobby, so every morning there were business people with their laptops and phones. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away, (La Plaza de Dia) there is an Asian Resturant, they only speak Mandarin. Matsuri Asiatico...
"Restaurant manager had very bad attitude"
We went to the restaurant for breakfast and tried to find a clean table. Then we found one in a room while the other one is fully occupied and there was no clean table. The manager came to ask me the room number then asked me to go to the other room where I can not find a clean table. I did so because I knew that we were in group, but still I can't find a clean table. Thus I went to her again. Then she asked me to sit down at the dirty table. At this time I was really mad and told her that her attitude and servic is not acceptable. Then she just told me that she can't speak English. She was very arrogant and showed an extremely bad attitude. She is the worst restaurant manager that I have ever met. I can't believe why such a big hotel hired this kind of unqualified manager!
Apart from the breakfast ( really poor) and location ( 20 mins walk to the metro) the rest of the hotel was excellent, friendly helpful staff, nice clean comfortable rooms. I would recommend this. Some nice resturants 5 mins away if you dont want to sample the hotel food
