It is not 4 star hotel at all,they didn't give us basic service that is common in all hotels for example they didn't give us hair conditioner or toothbrush and other basic things! If you need something you should say to them and they say you should pay extra charge. The breakfast is terrible and it's not international,staff is rude and graceless ,there isn't any sign to clean the room and you should say to them to clean the room!!! ,we left the room at 9 a.m and we came back 3p.m they didn't clean our room yet ! It doesn't have kettle and tea and coffee in our room but i had seen them in pictures before. location is good,but I don't recommend this hotel at all !
"not a 4 star hotel"
Staff are aggressive and extraordinary rude room smell bad. Terrible breakfast and poor house keeper. no water,no shampoo our bed breakdown and there were nobody to change it. The hotel locatian is not bad but its not a 4 star hotel. Dont recomend it at all.
"Clean and Friendly"
Located at the perimeter of the inner town (2 metro stops to city center, 300 m to nearest station) - this hotel is great for tourist and business purposes. The rooms are simple and clean. The staff was friendly and punctual ( I needed to have my suit dry cleaned, they delivered exactly as promised). I really can't complain. I haven't visited the gym or sauna, so I can't describe those. Their restaurant has a great - though crowded - breakfast. I ate dinner at the same restaurant and chose from the local cuisine card: and this too was simple and good, though it could have used a little more pepper which was easily fixed by the peppermill on the table. This certainly is a great hotel for your visit.
It was an excellent hotel. Every thing in this hotel was very good. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. I stayed four night in this hotel i like it. The location was also good near metro station.
"Best support by your reception"
I forgot my passport and visa in hotelsafe. I realized this at the Airport in the morning when I wanted to fly home. The Lady from reception brought my papers personally to me. This first class Service enabled my flight back. Thanks for this once more.
