Valet Parking Experience
Excellent customer service received from Randy, Valet Parking. Súper amiable and genuine attitude. It was a very nice experience.
Nice hotel needing some staff motivation/training.
It was a fairly nice hotel. The Staff we interacted with just was not very helpful or welcoming. Just not the customer service e are accustom to. Maybe it is a Miami thing.
