Generally below expectation. A lot of faff, irritating moments and charged 3 times the amount of security hold on my card than was in my booking confirmation.

Great hotel, great location
Fantastic location, rooms are always fantastic, so much better than a normal hotel. Staff so very helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast caterer to all taste.
