"A good night's sleep next to the station"
We had an overnight in Frankfurt and arrived off our train from London to make our way to the hotel. A two minute walk through, what is now common in all European cities, a sketchy area where you need to keep your wits about you. We checked in really easily and went to our room, which was a good size, clean and comfortable. A good breakfast the next day and a swift check out as we went to catch our train. Perfectly acceptable, good staff and a decent price.
"Convenience and quality"
Located across the street from the main train station, one can not ask for a more conveniently located hotel if one anticipates using the extensive city subway system and/or trains to airport and beyond. At least with a room on back side of hotel, there was total quiet. The smallish room was nevertheless extremely comfortable and the bathroom with a separate shower was first class. Pillows were too soft for me and within 5 minutes of calling the front desk my choice of several different pillows was at the door. Breakfast is served in the restaurant and service for coffee/tea and eggs to order is quick and pleasant. Based on one dinner at the restaurant it seems that they have an excellent chef. Price point was to my mind very reasonable for high quality and great location.
"Just average! A rating of 2.5 is more accurate"
Nothing was really bad and nothing was really good, just 'beige'. The location is good if you need a train but horrendous if you plan to drive at any stage. The front entrance is impressive but there is no service at all. The reception staff are friendly but the system let them down badly while I was there (they couldn't cut a room key at the computers were down. Awkward). The bar staff were wonderful but there is no bar menu like you would expect. The room was fine and the wi-fi was good, and the breakfast would very good but just overall the experience was simply average. The hotel I believe has much potential but would I go back' Maybe but I would look at other options before making a booking.
"Professional hotel, great proximity to transport"
I stayed here for 3 nights back in March, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff were professional and the convenience to the rain railway station was great. It was the cherry on top of my time in Frankfurt. Room was also very quiet despite some roadworks across the street, I wasn't disturbed once.
"Terrible, just terrible"
The pillows stank (they smelled like smoke). All morning long the cleaning ladies knocked on doors in the hotel and it kept waking us up. The entire thing felt dusty and old and made me just want to leave. Also, of course, the area is as ghetto as it gets. just stay awya
