We had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were comfortable.Service was exceptional , pool & gym were amazing. I would to particularly thank Mr. Kristhopher Diego for his outstanding assistance and initiative in personally getting my medication at a late hour.
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff treat you like a queen. They went above expectation . We had meetings in several rooms and everything went smoothly. The staff were proactive.Big smiles. Service is amazing!!! The rooms were nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Outstanding luxury and Service"
My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Swissotel Lima in May (2017). We've stayed at the Swissotel in Geneva in the past and this hotel in Lima is comparable in quality and service. The room was big and comfortable, with a beautiful bath (tub and shower stall). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of local and international foods and we enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel's Locanda restaurant. The hotel is located in the San Isidro district, a pleasant area but quite removed from major tourist sites.
"Excellent service and delicious food"
Everything in here is just excellent!! For me the good service is very important and in this place everybody give their best to make the clients happy. The rooms aren't new but are very clean and beautiful, the food is delicious too either in the restaurants or served in the room.
"Outdated rooms hit & miss service"
I don't know how this place has 5 stars. Check in was good and we were granted an early check in. Then we got to the room and what a shock the room is very outdated and top it off a cheap old alarm clock. I called because we needed a razor first I was told there was a charge for it then I was put on hold because she didn't know how much it was. Finally she came back to the line to tell me there was a 4 soles charge for it. Sure whatever, but what a contrast to the other 5 star properties we stayed in Peru. We left to do some tours we came back past 7pm and the bed has not been turned down. We had to call to see what time they were stopping by we were told they do turned down from 5-8 we were on the 6th floor and there was less than 1 hour to 8 so I am not sure how this was going to get accomplished. Someone eventually came but just because we called. The water temperature in the shower were not consistent it will be good and then it will get super hot, paired with the fact the water was slowed to drain there was about an inch of water at all times while you were taking a shower. The final straw was that we needed to print our boarding passes I asked were is the business center and we were told it was closed... it was 7pm! I guess 7pm is late enough to close the business center but not to have turn down service' The internet is just a mess... You have to make a sign in and not just put your room and last name which is very confusing and there is no explanation for it if you are on the mobile website and of course there is a charge for it. Overall not to par with other 5 star properties in Lima leaves much to be desired and won't be returning. I am glad I only booked it for 1 night.
