Lovely hotel amazing staff but the lifts will give you a hard time
Great location and very clean room, the team is very attentive. The only issue is the lifts you can wait up to 10 minutes to get to your floor

Such a wonderful hotel, the staff is what makes it such a dreamy experience. I got an upgraded suite and it was just beautiful with the view all of New York. It’s a must.
