Fix the elevators!

Friendly and efficient.
The location and the service were excellent. In the reception, Gabriela (I think was her name) was amazing--she was so kind and helpful.
Premiums rates, but limited service
My 3rd visit in 6 months and the lifts don’t work each time. Average 10 mins wait time to get to lobby is ridiculous, especially for the premium the hotel charges on hotel nights
A bad stay!!!
Bad service from check in to luggage to elevators … The staff was not friendly and the other guests were complaining that the hotel regressed …
