Incredible customer service
Mausami was great she was amazing and helped when I was sick even remembered my daily order and helped me a great deal! She was incredibly nice

It’s was an amazing stay with one minor inconvenience but after that they more than made up for it. Shaab and Sameer managers were amazing and made sure everything from that point on was superb

Breakfast at the Leela’s Palace.
Atmosphere was great. Service was excellent. Specially we were hooked on masala tea. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Neha and Malini were very supportive and impromptu. Food was delightful. I would highly recommend bharva kulcha. Ambience was great too and luxurious
