Room was dirty, leftovers in fridge from prior guests. Missing bed sheet. New room has no body soap in shower. Very poor customer services in person. Expecting to see all classes of people here! !!

Stayed a lot here this time was rough
Staff at check in and checkout were rude and not helpful. Any question was met with sarcasm and rush. Rewards program was not accepted at multiple locations.
