I've booked this room for my big day. All services are good of this hotel, may be one of the best hotel in HKComment of F. Siu Lun , Hong Kong the 2016-10-04
"Best of Kowloon"
If you want to stay in Kowloon side, the Mira is probably the best hotel to stay at in terms of location. It's in Tsim Sha Tsui, and it is right across Knutsford Terrace which is an area where all the bars are. The hotel itself is quite nice and edgy too, it's what you expect from a 5 star hotel. I really want to give a thumbs up for the toothbrush, they're really soft compare to the other ones provided by hotels! We got room service for breakfast, seriously don't get poached eggs. I don't know if it's HK style, but they're very different to Australian ones! (See pic) Scrambled eggs were good though :D
"Complaining hotel staff named Mr. KURT"
Front desk staff named Mr. KURT was impolite to customers. He made me misunderstood about room rates because he did NOT INFORM the TOTAL price of upgrading the room at the first time when I checked in there. I ASKED him many times how much total prices for 2 nights' but he seemed ignore me. Then I did not get any answer from him during I stayed there. I got receipt included actual room rates+extra-charge when I checked out. I still doubt WHY he did NOT EXPLAIN to me at the first. If he did explain, so I could decide to upgrade or not. His working is so UNPROFESSIONAL. I did not get any apology from him. He stood in front of me without any sorry while I was sitting. Moreover, he dared me to comment about his work in public. Then I'm writing here to follow his requested.
"Almost flawless "
Almost flawless in every way, save for their rooms and bathrooms being a tad on the small side. Everything else is perfect though, especially the location of the hotel and the beautiful indoor heated pool. Would definitely stay again and again whenever we are in Hk.
"Good location in Hong Kong"
This hotel was in a good location for walking down to the water front. Don't go for the laser display, it's very poor. We found the room didn't quiet match the rest of the hotel in terms of luxury. Would have preferred the toilet to be a bit more private. Would have had a great view of Kawloon Park except the windows had condensation in between glass which could not be cleared, so we didn't get a view at all. The swimming and spa pools were outstanding, beautiful. Staff very friendly and great service overall. Dinner in dining room was nice, a bit expensive though.
"Great location and breakfast"
Very clean and well-located hotel if you want to explore Hong Kong. Suggest visit rooftop bar/restaurant. Nice bathroom with roller blinds so you can see outside ;-) Very convenient to get to from Airport by MTR.
