"Best hotel I've ever stayed at no question."
An incredible property tucked away in its own little world. Incredible service, food, drinks, and views, not to mention top notch amenities. We came on our honeymooon and they really made us feel taken care of. The Lady Nai Harn is one of the best mixed drinks I've ever had hands down, and the Mango Frost was so full of fruit I had it for breakfast on more than one occasion. Do yourself a favor and stay here you will not regret it.
Couldn't find a more beautiful place in Thailand. A little bit away from the rat race but that is easily accessible if you wish to go there by taxi and not too expensive. We went to Patong Beach for a day and were pleased to be back at The Nai Harn. The service is wonderful and made even more special by Naam in the dining area of Cosmos Restaurant. I am sorry if I have the name wrong. She is a lovely smiling girl always pleasant and happy to be of service. There are many places around the area to eat and the beach is the cleanest one seen anywhere. The only drawback if there is one is that there are a lot of stairs and some floors don't have lift accessibility so a lot of walking to do. If you are not good in your feet, request a room near to the lifts. We had an ocean view luxury room and it was amazing. The outdoor bed was wonderful but it would have been nice to have more shade availability for the bed. Almost impossible to spend any time there because of strong sun. Overall a beautiful place and you couldn't be sorry staying there.
"4 Fantastic Nights"
Having reviewed numerous options across Phuket, we definitely made the right choice with the Nai Harn. It's a beautiful hotel, fantastic scenery and the service was impeccable. Food was fantastic and specifically breakfast was absolutely amazing, the choice was excellent. Ticked all the boxes we were looking for in a luxurious retreat.
"A retreat from work, duties and noise!"
Situated on the southern tip of the Phuket peninsula, lies the hotel beautifully on a hill. The view onto the bay is disclosed when arriving, but from the reception, when elevated som 10 odd meters, it is striking - and it only gets better from there, from the rooftop bar, the restaurant, the pool area and the guest rooms with their lovely balconies. Speaking of which, our initial reservation was for an "Ocean View room", which has a good but smaller balcony. After one day, we upgraded to a "Grand Ocean View room", a change we did not regret - the terrace is great and the view stunning! Front office staff even offered a descent discount on the price difference :)) The hotel is newly renovated with great sense of detail, combining Asian and contemporary style - a lust for the eye and mostly well functioning. The facilities, interior and exterior are great - and the staff is friendly, kind and quick. They make one feel welcome and the level of service is high - easy to get used to and difficult to be without after 10 days:)). During our stay our busy daily life became very distant, as did its worries - very soothing for body and soul! Being a family of 3, with a 10 month old toddler, strikingly absent are facilities for childrens carriages - and in a larger context also for wheel chairs. Surely, the friendly and attentive personell (especially porters) come to your aid when arriving or leaving the hotel, but it feels strange to be so dependent on their assistance. Some relative simple provisions could be implemented to cater for wheel-based carriages to get around, which would not alter the boutique hotel atmosphere. The breakfast is a must; do yourself a favor and order a room with breakfast and take a deep-dive into the fantastic variety of courses; the best way to start the day and easily sufficient to either skip entirely or settle for a light lunch. Start the evening with a happy-hour drink on the rooftop terrace, overlooking the Andaman Sea, and advance to one of two in-house restaurants, or join other tourists and locals at more common small places outside the hotel. When eating at the hotel, be prepared for a posh selection of food and wines - with ditto prices. Being Scandinavian residents, we are accustomed to steep prices, but the some of the offerings for lunch and dinner at The Nai Harn seem out of touch with the setting. When applying Michelin-level prices, staff and service shall follow, which it does not (is our view). This does not mean that staff and service are not good - they are - but not on par with the restaurants price ambitions. The pool menu was more balanced and here we found several good courses to share. We experienced that offerings on walking distance outside the hotel where few. So take a local taxi (called tuk tuk) to the Prom Thep viewing point, and within 15 minutes a range of good alternatives are within reach - accompanied with a stunning view over the bay area. Conclusively, we warmly (did we mention the pleasant outside temperature of 25 - 30 degrees Celsius throughout the day') recommend The Nai Harn as it does many things really really well. We will cherish our oval week here and might very well return for a another luxury break. I want to leave a review about the best hotel in Phuket. It was an extraordinary holiday, a beautiful place, beautiful nature around, clean sea, soft sand and excellent service of the hotel staff. We are very enthusiastic about the service, all the staff is ready to make the most for their guests. Thanks to a special Miriam, a beautiful girl who tried to do everything to make the impression of the hotel magical. Special thanks for a bottle of wine, it was excellent)
