We really enjoyed our stay at Narutis Hotel; the room was beautiful, breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area so the location is perfect. We will definitely stay at Narutis again!
"Not really 5 star worth...not perfect as It should be"
Room 427 is smaller than 426, I ordered 2 same rooms. The system for obscuring the room did not work, the stick was broken as well as the hooks on the window covers. Floor with carpet is not hygienic (in a 5 star hotel one migth hope that floor should be in wood parquet or in stone) The card system to open the room doors flipped after 2 nights. The fact that those cards do not work for the full time of the stay is bad service. WiFi is very slow and poor (= comes en goes, not stable). Some members of the staff are rather arrogant. Prepaid taxi service to airport is not punctual (driver did not arrive at agreed time but later)
"Nice suite, inconsistent service"
I had a very nice suite in this hotel, which was appreciated. However, I found the service inconsistent. Reception was fine, but breakfast was rather chaotic. Moreover, when trying to order some roomservice from the night menu, in practice this turned out to be inexistent. Also, when asking to be seated at the terrace somewhat near to closing time, a rude negative feedback was the only result.
In the heart of old town this was the perfect location to experience Vilnius. With all the charm of a historic hotel the updated amenities made our stay perfect. The staff was warm and accommodating. Being our first 'roots adventure' to Lithuania everything that spoke to the history from architecture, spirit, and music music to eating was right outside our door. And the bonus was the wonderful breakfast served in the charming cavernous lower level.
"Best service in the Baltics!"
Service here was stupendous. Rooms were fantastic and loaded with European charm. Rooms were clean and quite. Location is perfect, right in the old town. Breakfast is served in the old cellar - very nice! A bit pricey, likely due to location. Bit of a challenge to drive there through the old city - but we managed!
