"Check your booking"
This hotel might be ok but I have to mark it down as we booked a deluxe double and were given an adjoining room with two single beds pushed together. Now I have stayed in many hotels where they put two singles next to each other and throw a double sheet over it and a king size duvet but this lot didn't even bother with the pretence - this was two singles made as such. As my girlfriend and I were running late we didn't have time to complain until checking out the next morning when we got the standard response, "We'll make sure we tell the manager." No, I'm sorry but that is not acceptable when you have already got our money and you know there is nothing we can do about it. Be careful booking here as you probably won't get what you paid for.
"Great Staff to make the stay perfect"
What a lovely hotel. I liked that they made every effort to help me check in early as with international flights you always get in early in the morning or very late at night. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. They took an interest in ensuring your stay was enjoyable and pleasant. From Dorian the Porter to all the folks at the Front Desk. The hotel is located on a nice quiet residential street off of Cromwell Road and in walking distance to a variety of nice restaurants and the Underground. Although some folks might find it too far, I found the walk to the Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and even Harrod's quite doable and enjoyable especially if you want to explore Kensington at your own leisure. The rooms are nicely kept and immaculate. I highly recommend the hotel.
"We came for a trade fair"
Firstly the hotel is in a lovely quiet residential area. The rooms and indeed the entire hotel is sparkling clean. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. What makes this hotel so special however is the staff, who are exeptional. Redzuan, the man in charge, made sure that we had everything we needed. He made sure we got taxis, recommended us places to eat, even organized us an early breakfast when we left early for the airport. Really exceptional attention to detail which is what makes this hotel welcoming and so great.
"Holiday in London 2017"
Spent six days there in late September 2017. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend it to anyone visiting London. The hotel was in walking distance to many museums and places of interest for visitors to the city. Staff helped me secure tickets to various sites in London plus a theatre ticket.
"Great location and service"
This hotel is in a great part of town. A few blocks away from the metro. We were able to check in early which worked out well given an early flight. The rooms were very nice. The staff is very attentive whether at reception or concierge. Room is nicely decorated and a decent size. Keeps you close to Central London access which is a bonus. We would definitely stay again.
