"The Pool Makes it Worth it"
The Peninsula is a new(er) hotel and does not offer the historical experiences other hotels have to offer, however, the service, the quality of the rooms and the hotel itself is absolutely phenomenal. The house drivers are terrific for a quick drop off on Rodeo Dr. and the pool is beyond gorgeous and the service by the pool is spotless. The Peninsula knows exactly what they are offering: Luxury. I would strongly recommend this hotel to people who are staying in the Beverly Hills Vicinity and to those who are planning on spending a fair amount of time by the pool.
"Home away from home "
The Peninsular Hotel is much more than just a Hotel. It is a family. From the doormen to the chef to the cleaners, every aspect of the Peninsular experience is tailor fit for the guest to ensure that there stay is more memorable. The dedication that is given towards service is the best I have ever seen and the concierge team are remarkable in getting things done quickly. A special thank you to Scott and Jim for managing the hotel to perfection. To Amanda, Taryn, James and Frank thank you for taking care of my every need. To Drew at the pool and your team you are really amazing. Defiantly the greatest service I have ever seen in any hotel. Thank you again.
"My Favorite Place to Stay in Beverly Hills"
In the heart of Beverly Hills and close to high-end shopping you will find this beautiful hotel with old world charm, spacious rooms and the most attentive/friendly staff. I have stayed here three times in the past year and never want to stay anywhere else. Oh and if you dine in the restaurant try the charred Caesar salad with chicken - I get it every time I am in town!
"You get what you pay for and then some"
This is high-end Beverly Hills understated but clearly obvious wealth kind of hotel. Spacious and luxurious rooms that are both comfortable and very elegant and a lobby fully of those who see and are seen. The staff is over the top friendly and caring. One nitpick--they should put a high end coffee machine in the room (even if the lobby area has free coffee and there is a Starbucks directly across the hotel.
"Just did a spa day with my wife and it was insane"
I talked playing Augusta with an A-list actor in the steam room. The treatment was insanely good. We came from another Beverly Hills 5-star resort and didn't regret a minute. $200 lunch on the roof was actually WORTH IT!!! :)
