"A great stay at Ritz"
Over all my experience at Ritz Carlton was very good. I was greeted well upon my arrival and was given a luggage tag as a gift for having stayed at the hotel 5 times. I was shown to my room and given a swim cap when I went swimming. Tracy in Scena welcomed my return very nicely and made me some pancakes and a fresh orange juice, she was very pleasant and nice. House keeping provided a heater for the room to make sure it was not too cold as well as additional bottled water, which was very nice. Upon my checkout, I was taken to the club lounge as the line at the main lobby was very busy and was checked out very quickly so that I could catch my ride. My experience at the Ritz Carlton Pudong as always been a very pleasant one and I look forward to my next stay at this hotel.
"Fabulous hotel in Shanghai, Pudong"
This is an outstanding hotel, centrally located in Shanghai. Great service, perfect (sizeable rooms), and wonderful views across the city skyline. The handwritten note was a welcome touch, as was the fruit basket in my room after having landed in China following a long flight from Australia. Shanghai is a bustling, growing city, complemented by beautiful hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. I look forward to my next trip.
"Guest relations at its best"
Very good location in Shanghai. Best guest relations officer in Asia! Call Shini or Xavier. Very good cost performance. Can only recommend the hotel. The rooms are large and very well equipped. The restaurants very good!
"Always as good as expected but perfect"
Honestly speaking a little bit disappointed this time staying at RC Pudong. First, at the time of booking I have informed on early arrival, which is two hours ahead of actual check in, arrived around noon, actual check in is 2pm, well anyways had to wait until 2 even a room was vacant. Probably had to wait for housekeeping to get done. Thank you very much to Mr. Tumerk Emre, he is always nice and polite, and he exactly knows your needs, thank you Emre. Being as RC Rewards member this time was not recognized as a member at all, the other three or more times have been receiving a welcome amenity as Thank you for coming back, not a big deal not receiving it, but it gives certainly a plus to the property and a fill as a special wanted guest. The rooms as usual is outstanding with a spectacular view. Housekeeping is pretty much good but not perfect. Overall experience during my stay is a 4. Besides I have had a terrible experience at Flair, but it is a different story.

We were there 3 nights for conference, appreciate the lovely arrangement from club team and concierge team for taking care of us for dinner recommendation and arrangement (Mike from concierge) and spa appointment made by Candice.
