"Great place to stay!"
Nice hotel in an excellent location, especially for taking the ferry to Zhuhai. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is extensive. Starbucks is also close by, as well as great shopping.
"Visit to believe it!"
As stated, excellent service from all in this hotels through out our stay. Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and eateries. It will be nice to bring my family back to stay here next time
"A NICE HOTEL WITH A COUPLE OF FLAWS."
Well located, with really good staff and excellent rooms. My wife and I were on the 18th floor of the Towers with a great view out over HK harbour. The room was large, had all the facilities anyone would need including a complimentary mobile telephone which could be used for information about HK as well as free calls to any numbers in the world. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Room servicing was excellent. Our buffet breakfast was included in our tariff and the range of food available was extensive and excellent. Our one area of concern about this hotel was an issue with the tiled surfaces of the stairs from the elevators to the lobby and from the lobby to the breakfast venue. We are both in our early 80s and not as nimble as we once were. Slipping on highly polished stair surfaces that blend in with the similar coloured tiled surfaces at the bottom of the stairs is a distinct possibility for our aged group. We found that confronting and it would certainly influence our decision on whether we return to this hotel on our next visit to HK. This is a nice hotel and it is disappointing that its design is flawed in such a small, but very important, way.
"Excellent, will return!"
Excellent location, close to pier, shopping, restaurants, and everything. Nice room and good service as well. I am surprised that there is a cellphone in the room for guest to use. This is extremely important because my US phone doesn't have international call plan
"A return visit. "
I have stayed here twice now, and my partner three times. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the hotel is so close to everything. Service is super helpful, and staff are genuine in wanting to help make your stay as easy as possible. Rooms are small, but everything is convenient, and comfortable. For storing luggage, and sleeping, it’s perfect. Try the cafe for the buffet breakfast. Kowloon Park is also easy to get to, and a visit to the flamingoes is a must.
