"A night in Philly"
We stayed only one night at the Warwick Hotel as we were there to go on college tours. What a pleasant surprise to find such a large room awaiting us. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was kind and helpful. With free food and drinks available in lounge in the evenings, and a nice breakfast included in the morning, the hotel was more than we'd hoped for. With any luck, our son will be accepted to the local college there, and we will stay at the Warwick every time we visit him.
"Quick trip to Philadelphia"
We were really impressed with The Warrick from the moment we handed our keys to the parking attendant. We arrived really early for check in but the lady was very accommodating and got us in our room early. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are comfy and cozy.
The location was perfect because we were attending a show at the Academy of Music. Very easy to walk to and from. We ate at the Prime Rib bar. Nice bar to hang our after the show although a little pricey. But it's Center City where everything is pricey.
"Not good "
Arrived in Philly at 9am. Went to hotel requesting early check in, but would not give us a room until 3:45pm. Well the check in does say 4pm but not very accommodating. The room was generic at best. The bathroom ceiling had mold! The bathroom had no ventilation and the metal poles of the vanity were rusted. Not what I would expect from a hotel of this price.
Went to Philly for my birthday and stayed at the Warwick based on a friend's recommendation. Very nice hotel well situated for restaurants and touring. Steve the concierge was terrific giving advice on the best places to go. Rouge on Rittenhouse Square a block away is a great place for a cocktail!
