This beautiful and stylish boutique hotel with its unique character and rich history make it a real find in the heart of east London shopping and leisure district. Conveniently located only minutes away from the heart of the London Olympic Games Center, Westfield Stratford City and the O2 Arena. you will never be too far away from live events, exhibitions, restaurants and shopping.
"Would give this a 5 but just too far out!"
My daughter and I were on a quick 3 night visit to London and I chose the Westbridge from a pop up ad on the web. Don't get me wrong, it is a lovely site. Well appointed rooms, unique charm and friendly staff. We just spent too much time on Uber's, trains, buses and the tube to get much accomplished. Granted the shopping nearby is lovely and it is near to some Olympic sites.
"Excellent place to stay"
Perfect location for what we needed & provided everything, really enjoyed our weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better place or location, Would recommend it to anyone. great venues to visit close by.
"Lovely hotel in good position"
Lovely hotel and room. Unfortunately there was a humming noise all night which kept me awake. Thought it was air con but noisy even when switched off. Disappointed by lack of English food for breakfast (sausages and bacon all halal). Should cater for both really. We were there for concert at Olympic stadium and in walking distance and easy to find.
"Lovely hotel, excellent location for stadium"
We stayed here for one night as we were going to a concert at the Olympic park stadium. Hotel is a short walk from Stratford station & Westfield Stratford shopping centre. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the Olympic park. Check in was friendly & quick. Hotel lobby was very clean & welcoming. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable & the pillows were proper pillows & we had a lovely comfortable duvet. There is a tea & coffee maker. A good size TV & internet access included. Shower was hot & did the job. Bathroom was very clean with toiletries & a hair dryer. The towels were big & fluffy. We ate in the hotel restaurant, we both had burger with chips which was a good size portion, good value for money & pretty tasty. You can pay to have a breakfast buffet here but we didn't as we woke up too late. The hotel is in a good location but there isn't really anywhere near by to eat at. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we next go to the Olympic park stadium. We had a lovely stay.
"Pleasant surprise, great location"
My husband and I went to a rock concert at the Olympic stadium last weekend, and needed a good quality hotel with easy links to the stadium. This 4 star hotel in Stratford is perfectly located, within walking distance of Westfield shopping centre, and a few minutes from the DLR Stratford High street station. Parking available nearby, but not affiliated to hotel. Check in was quick despite a bit of a queue, with very friendly check in staff. Our room was a standard double room, no upgrades available as was fully booked. Good sized room, nicely decorated, very modern, good quality mattress and firm pillows. Air conditioned too. Smart phone available for use as well, but we did not make use of this. Coffee and tea facilities and an empty bar fridge in the room. Small desk and chair as well. Plenty wardrobe space too. Bathroom spacious, our room had an accessible shower and really lovely smelling toiletry products. Good quality large towels. The hotel has a great outside courtyard with bar/restaurant area. We did not make use of the gym. Breakfast was very average buffet fare. I have to say the sausages (more like viennas) and bacon were really not great quality, but the rest of the food were similar to most hotel breakfast buffets. Not real fruit juice at the buffet, but a squash variety. There is a smoothie bar where you could purchase other fruit drinks. I would suggest skipping the hotel breakfast and have a breakfast at Westfields instead. The ladies at reception both in the evening of the 16th June and the morning 17th were very helpful and extremely friendly and are really to be commended. Overall I would definitely stay at The Westbridge again, perhaps not the breakfast though.
