"Great location and staff"
My fiance and I booked a room at the Westin for our anniversary weekend. We were tired and travel-worn when we arrived but the front desk staff, Matt Hogan, was awesome and made us feel right at home (away from home). When he heard we were staying for our anniversary he upgraded us to a room with an amazing view of the city. The location was great within walking distance of the Boston Public Library (a must-see) and numerous restaurants. We will definitely stay at the Westin again when we come back to visit Boston.
"Fine but loud experience"
Stayed 5 nights for a conference in November. Overall, a nice property though quite pricey. I did pay extra for an upgraded corner room (studio suite) so had plenty of space. Had a nice view of the Charles. Bathroom was quite small for the size of the room but enjoyed the Westin showerhead. First time in the Westin and honestly was a little disappointed by the Heavenly bed. It felt like a Mattress pad was missing or something though the duvet and all the sheets were quite comfortable. Remainder of the room was a little older furniture - I think it is due for an upgrade soon. I did like all the internal connections to the mall and all the way to the Convention Center. T stop was very close by and location easily walkable to tons of restaurants and shops in the Back Bay area. I was impressed by the workout room - practically the size of a small gym with very new and modern equipment. Most disappointing about the hotel was the soundproofing. I could literally hear the phone conversations of the neighboring room as if there wasn't a wall. Maybe she was just a loud talker but even the conversations in the room next door, housekeeping in the hall, etc. were all quite loud.
"Comfortable, near museums and restaurants"
I stayed in this hotel during a blizzard and I found it well situated next to a mall full of shops and restaurants, so I did not have to walk outside. The room was spacious and warm. Room service was excellent with high quality food. They also serve a very good breakfast in the Huntington restaurant. My experience was very positive and I would go there again. The Wifi was not free, alas.
I was very impressed with a Westin hotel staff member in particular named Priscilla. Her professional attitude, combined with truly a caring attitude allows that whenever I come to Boston, I will be staying at the Westin Copley Place Hotel. I compliment the Westin for hiring staff of this caliber. Thank-you again.
"Great Location and service"
I really enjoyed my stay there. Very good location and service. A lot of options inside the hotel, such as starbucks, stores and even a Fogo de Chao. The staff was gentle and the room had a very good view from Boston.
