I am writing this as I finish my second week in KL. To be honest I only picked the Westin because the JW Marriott was under renovation. Thank you Marriott. Otherwise I would not have discovered this gem. I have the good fortune to travel all over the world and I am convinced that while hotel rooms are all the same (go with me here) it is the staff that matters most. At the Westin they have an amazon staff. From Rais the bartender at Qba (who makes a Hendrick's martini to die for) one of the Westin's restaurants to KFC the taxi driver, there is a feeling that you are not just welcome but a member of the family. News flash! I must recommend the tenderloin at Qba. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable with big beds and great pillows and linens. The staff is there to help in any way possible and greet you like an old friend when you return. There are only a few hotels in the world where I will return no matter what. "All been great until Jan 2017 stay"
Westin KL has always been my favourite hotel everytime I pay a visit to KL. However on my last stay at the third week of January 2017, I was disappointed. I was double charged on my credit card but also on my debit card. I have been given a run around on the case and promised that the funds will be refunded, but no results until now. Birman Prabowo
"Perfect services, will be back again"
Everything was perfect. I had a executive room. High level with a very nice view. The room was smoking and was very good. The location is perfect just in front of a big and luxury mall. The staff very efficient and friendly.

the location is good for those city shoppers.. with Pavillion nearby and Bukit Bintang near by. There is quite endless shopping. Food is with in reach. The room is big and comfy and the bed is heavenly, so good that you can fall a sleep almost immediately. the room is very clean. Just a bit expensive...
"Warm, friendly staff"
Just returned from a business conference at this hotel. The facility is on a par with or superior to high end Westins anywhere in the US. What set my experience apart was the friendly, helpful, polite staff. They always had a smile and couldn't do enough for you. It was my first visit to Kuala Lumpur, and they helped leave me with a very positive impression of the city.
