very nice room, well suited; along with excellent breakfast selection and bonus free carry along GPS, cell phone that came in very handy; convenient to the Left Bank, Pantheon, the Latin Quarter, car rental, subways,
This hotel is located in the Latin Quarter a stone's throw from the Pantheon. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny and electric outlets for charging equipment are few and far between. A decent choice if you have to be near the Sorbonne, but otherwise I think you can do better. Not up to what you would expect from a four star hotel.
The hotel is centrally located and is in easy walking distance to many major attractions, subway and buses. Many nice bistros and restaurants near by. The front desk very friendly and helpful. The bar is not open Sunday and Monday but when open very friendly and when asked good suggestions
"Lifts still moan, but not as loud! "
We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions so that has to tell you something. However if you are seeking huge rooms with lavish or even large bathrooms with seperate shower then this is not for you. Staff are very friendly and are there to help. Breakfast is acceptable, but not a huge selection. The location is fairly central with bus and trains close by.
"Very bad and unprofessional experience "
Unfortunately our stay wasn't a pleasant one, we expected more from a 4 stars hotel with such a high price. We had a problem regarding the Air Conditioning, it wasn't working probably and the weather in Paris is too hot. We asked them to fix the air conditioner for more than 10 times and they didn't. After facing a receptionist who was truly unprofessional, he said this is not my problem and I can't do anything for you. After asking him to call the manager he said I can't, we asked him to call the maintenance he said I can't, so we had to sleep without AC' I truly believe that you shouldn't try this hotel, unless you want to waste your money for nothing.
