Disappointing
The location of this hotel is great but that is the only good thing about this hotel. It’s over priced run down and dirty. The Wifi isn’t working, despite being told it would be fixed it hasn’t been. ...

Location! Location! Location!
This hotel is very nice! I thoroughly enjoyed staying 2 nights with my boyfriend. It was clean, cozy and the staff were accommodating. I highly recommend.
Can't beat the location
You can't beat the location! Loved the lakeview. I previously stayed here in 2017 when it was the W Lakeshore, you can tell the wear and tear the property has taken since then, but I can overlook it....
