"Pleasant stay but not a luxury hotel."
Stayed for 3 nights. Pleasant ocean view room although slightly dated in parts. Tiny tiny bathroom. No resort fee, free wifi and reasonably priced for Waikiki. Friday night drinks and nibbles included which was a nice gesture. Close to beach. Quiet and clean pool with gym area. We would stay again. Did not try the restaurant.

"Excellent service and location"
Stayed for about a week in May for a celebration. The hotel had gifted us a bottle of wine and cookies which was nice. Great location with parking included, no resort fees and complimentary use of beach towels and gear. Booked an ocean view with king bed on the 9th floor. It was great but did get noisy in the mornings with the loading trucks. I ended up moving up to the 21st floor with a mountain view as the higher oceanviews did not come with a king bed which I'm puzzled as to why. You can still hear the trucks but it's not as bad. That being said, I'm sure guests staying at the Sheraton Waikiki or Halekulani would hear it as well since they all share the same lane. The hotel offered free breakfast as compensation which was nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again. The customer service is amazing and would like to specifically point out Koichi for all his help.
My travel picked this place for me as price and location were suitable for me. Pros- good location, close to beach and shops. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfy beds. Good sized room. Cons- I was on floor 9 and had some significant outside noise at times. Also the airconditioning unit is loud, I turned it off at night time as it was too noisy( and I was wearing ear plugs) Very limited room service options. It's a good place to stay. I would stay here again.
We really enjoyed this hotel. Just a block from the beach and across the street from sister-property Halekulani it can't be beat. Their breakfast buffet features an omlet bar and made to order Halekulani pancakes. The rooms are not large but they are entirely livable and the french balcony is a nice touch.
